Blues captain John Price is once again in a rich run of form after banging in 9 goals in his last 5 Chelsea games including a hat-trick against West Brom. This takes him to 15 goals on 16 games for Chelsea this season, 9 of which have come in 10 Premier league appearances taking him to the top of the scorers charts.

Price looks odds on to claim the Ballon D'or this season after narrowly missing out on it last time around. His form for club and country is at an all time high and coach Mazzari will look to keep him motivated.

Price Misses Out Again!!

For the second season in a row John Price has come runner up in the world player of the year award, and this year he didnt even place in the Ballon D'or!! Even though Price scored almost twice as many goals as the winner Messi he still couldnt claim the World Player Of The Year award, and his 45 goals and 15 assists in 53 games didnt even earn him a place in the Ballon D'or top 3.

This is likely to disillusion Price as to what he has to do in order to win the award.

Price Becomes Chelsea Top Earner

Price was today rewarded for his unbelievable form over the last year with a new 4 year contract worth £51,000,000. The striker has scored 45 goals in the last calender year and will now be the clubs highest earner on £210k per week. Its a long way from the £55 per week the youth was on just 7 years ago at QPR, but the young man has developed into one of the finest players in the world and many feel he is worth every penny!

In the England Vs Germany battle the Brits ran out comfortable winners, and one of their own provided the firepower. John Price scored 6 of the 7 goals in the two legs as Chelsea beat Dortmund 7-1. Price scored 4 in Germany to put the blues in the power seat before helping himself to a brace at home.

Price has now racked up 10 goals in the champions league this season in 8 games and 42 goals in a total of 51 for the entire season. This display of goalscoring is the type of performance that Price is more than capable of and will be looking to emulate in the future.

The best season we have see from John Price so far, he really has matured into one of the bext players on the planet and has added the amount of goals to his game you would expect. Next up is the European Championships and Price will be hoping to finally make an impression on the international staged tournament.

Price To Pick Up Where He Left Off

After a summer of discontent with England being knocked out of the European Championship at the 1st knockout round and Price not making an impression on the cup he will be hoping the Premier league starts a little better. Price is usually a slow starter in the league despite going on to score 28 last season in the league and a total of 103 Premier League goals in 199 games.

He will also be hoping that the Ballon D'or is a real possibility this time around after controversially missing out last time around, many pundits have already earmarked the Englishman for the award for the coming season and many more to come.

Finally made his Club World Championships debut, and what a debut it was!! UPdates up tomorrow.

John Price made his Club World Championship Bow during Chelsea's break from the Premier League in South Korea. Price bagged twice in the semi final and once in the final to ensure Chelsea take their second title in 3 seasons. He took the award for best player at the tournament with three goals and two assists, finishing with an average rating of 8.9. He also took the record for most man of the match awards, becoming the first player ever to take the award in all of their matches during the tournament.

Too Hot To Handle

John Price has finately proven himself to be a handful in the Premier League this season, with only a hand full of defences able to deny the Englishman a goal. His goalscoring record this season has left all other premier league players lagging behind as he has struck 26 times in 31 league games just two away from emulating his tally of 28 last season. Price has also added 7 league assists, taken 9 Man of the match awards and scored an avrerage rating of 8.06.

He really is setting the standard in the premier league this season.

In a season Where John Price equalled Andy Coles Record of 33 Premier League goals in a season he was recognised for his achievements with the Footballer of The Year award and the Golden Boot. Price finished with 33 goals in 38 games, 12 goals more than the runner up in the golden boot award. Overall he managed 42 times in 61 games at all levels adding 14 assists and having an average rating of 7.91

Price scored the majority of his goals in the premier league, but managed a goal in all domestic cups except the FA Cup and Community Shield. Price's form for his country however wasnt the best this season, making 5 appearances in the world cup qualifying campaign and failing to score. Once again he missed out on the ballon D'or and World Player Of the year which will undoubtedly affect Price.

With 136 league goals in the premier League Price is well on course to break the all time record, but who knows what is around the corner. With rumours of interest abroad, John Price's commitment to Chelsea could be tested this summer.

Yes, it's good reading. I've just noticed though that everyone's players in all the saves tend to stay in England (except mine when he was a complete idiot and chose Rangers over Hearts)

Hes looking good mate! Despite some suggesting my player was too good he is about to start his 3rd season with Leicester in league 1! Hope he gets to premier league level before he is 20!

Yeah i have noticed most stay in their home country, been a bit of Interest in Price from Spain but it would need a big offer i would imagine. He will get lots of first team opportunity at Rangers i guess haha.
