John Terry cleared of Racial Abuse

Evidence was not more conclusive because the court said they was no case, as there were not enough evidence

Suarez apparently was Unreliable with information, but to ban him on this i still find ridiculous to this day, either ban both players or dont.. both bits of evidence was inconclusive

Dont know much about the Suarez saga at all tbh mate except what I read here. Fair enough if what you said is true

can still hope the FA does something ;)

Dont see how the FA can reach a different verdict that the one decided by a court of law...

You know the burden of proof is very different between Court and FA. Comparing the two is pointless

There could have not been enough evidence to convict him of being a racist but the FA could see there is enough evidence to ban him for 8 games. Doubt it but could happen

Doubt it, this just proves how much of a joke the FA are in all honesty

"extreme sexual swear words" Oh BBC... Calling him a MF is far more disgusting than a ****.

John Terry had to be proven guilty beyond all reasonable doubt. Suarez had to be proven guilty on the balance of probability. Large difference.

There wasn't enough evidence... Right

But yet all Evra needed was his word for Suarez to be found guilty. (Not trying to start an argument)

Well yes, the implications of criminal convictions are much more severe.

it is harder to get convicted and was really never likely due to the evidence not being conclusive, now match that against a player who's case wasn't even strong enough to go to court, and he has now had more punishment

makes no sense what so ever

No. Suarez admitted using the word.

both Terry and Ferdinand have come away from this looking like bellends.

Yes, because we designed the justice system on whether footballers should be punished for racism or not.

No. Suarez admitted using the word.

he admitted using the word exactly the same as Terry did, but both claimed to use it in a non-racial way, Terry exaggerated Sarcasm and Suarez in a friendly nature.. no proof against either of these claims
