It depends what you want...
Kick *** and wee free men are 442, one standard and the other counter, one without and the other with OIs...
And TMFT is a... 4312? or 433, no OIs and great defensively...

OK, i'm gonna give it a try and let you guys know about my results, i like to play with weaker teams so let's see how it goes.:)

I always play weaker teams... when i finally arrive to a top and start to win everything, get bored and leave game... and weak start again. ;)
 
Hey wampley...the filter players are in .fmf format my game just read them in .pft,(i don't know why) would you have in .pft format?

I don't know... as i said above two of the tactics are 442. v4 is my favourite cause i play it since, i don't know, december? but all 3 are working great for me. in previous updates v4 became unstable, but in last it works great again...

TMFT is different. No wingers, amazing defensively and if u have good strikers, u crush everybody. look at my romanian test:

U can try the tac u want...
There's 2 442 (maybe for a top kick *** works better) and a 4312 that is great defensively.
Just choose one and test it.
 
Have used with average Millwall side and am getting some good results, nice one this tactic is great

Sorry mate by my understanding of the OP, the 4312 and kick as don't need OI but v4 does?? I can't see an OI screenshot anywhere. Browsing on my phone on a packed tram in my (poor) defence haha. Thanks
