For last update is better NWFM, but you can combine them. v4 is great away, but since last patch a bit unstable

In this screen you only have to put them once. If you click on 'position' on game OIs screen, they have to appear

On page 3 someone says works better with OIs, but he adds tight marking to TIs to get a similar effect
