Which is the best for online or standard tactic ?? Greetings :)

Tried 41311 and 442 with Liverpool, but decided at the beginning of the season to use only 442 in all matches. Played full season and win the title comfortably. Also, I reached later stages in all cup competitions, but failed to win any. One of the reasons is that I mainly used second stings players in cups and switch all attention to win the league. Very strong tactic.

Hello lads,
I´m a bit lost here. So many tactics (Which is a lot of joy ofc)! But with so many, its hard to know who to pick? Is there any preferences out there which of this tactics who actually are stronger then the other? OR is it just up to your own preference of play to pick one?

Cheers

can I ask which 442 you used?

Is there a specific reason to why you play WM(L/R) instead of IF's? i mean most of the really good players are AML/AMR(IF)

Hi Knap, do you ever start with or switch to defensive when away with 4-5-1 woking vs. tough opponents? And do you ever switch to attack or control at home from counter with any of the 4-2-4 formations? Thanks.

I don't unless testing, but there is no reason not to use a number of tactics or mentalities, if you prefer playing in that manner.

Okay so used the 442 and just thought id post some results,

Not even trying to claim this will win every game with a poor team, my team is unreal but i've still never had results like this. Both strikers scoring 50+ goals, dominating every game, never felt like i'd lose, this is with the midsummer 442. Cheers Knap ^^)

442 control mate, if you have a strong team I honestly can't recommend it enough, i've been on these forums for so long tried every single tactic near enough (all 6439549 versions of TFFs tactics) and none have satisfied me quite like this

But that actually is a 4-2-4 (AML/AMR slot)

can you recommend your most attacking and more defensive tactic?my base tac will be mids murder 4-4-2.

The above probably does both, but there is a Stargazing SUS. If playing a team like Arsenal then dropping deep is a good ploy.
Woking 451 would probably be best defensive, Oxford is usually good. Attacking - perhaps a counter tactic or Dambusters.

Hat off to you for these tactics! The choice is overwhelming and they are very effective but they should conflict with each other if thinking it through logically. Can you imagine giving your team 17 team instructions before taking to the pitch. It would be chaos!

However, they don't seem to and in fact work very well. I have never seen sets with so many team instructions. What is the thinking behind having so many?

Many thanks for sharing them.

It is easier to ballpark a tactic with team instructions. PIs overrule TIs so gradually the majority of TIs become redundant.
