Some Dutch updates

Ricardo van Rhijn needs a ca/pa upgrade, playes like he is in the team since forever
Daley Blind needs a big ca/pa downgrade, really the worst Ajax-player in years.
Ola John needs a ca upgrade, already one of the best wingers in Eredivisie
Luciano Narsingh same story as John, Already has about 15 assists this seasons
Glynor Plet from Heracles to Twente
Steven Berghuis from Twente on loan to VVV for the rest of the season
Jonathan Reis to Vitesse and is back from his injury

Bas Dost, needs a ca/pa upgrade, already has 20 goals this season, and is being compared with Klaas-jan Huntelaar
Adam Maher needs a ca/pa upgrade. One of the biggest revelations of this season, has exceptional vision and passing. Barcelona is already following him. Especially his ca must be upgraded
 
Another stadium move. This one is already under construction. Spartak Moscow > Spartak (change the name to Spartak Stadium)

Also change the name of VTB Arena Park to VTB Arena (Dinamo Moscows new stadium).

For Iker Muniain, remove the ppm 'Runs with ball through center' and give him 'Runs with ball often' and 'Cuts inside'. Would also give him -10 pa, but that's just my opinion.

Ryan Shotton should have about 143 PA and accomplished at right midfield. Also deserves a CA upgrade and fairly big upgrades in his pace and acceleration (along with the 'Runs with ball down right' ppm.

I think Christian Eriksen should have his PA set at around 180. He's going to be that good I'm afraid.

Ryan Williams should have his CA around 100. Also needs upgrades on his dribbling, first touch, off the ball, flair, determination and agility.

Yakubu deserves a good CA upgrade. Boost his first touch, dribbling, agility and off the ball as well.
 
John Goossens as said 1/7/2012 to Feyenoord, i'd change his position to MC, ML, AMC, AML.

John Guidetti should get the ppm 'scores hattricks as if its nothing' ;)
 
I agree with Guidetti, he is in superb form (15 apps, 18 goals, 5 assists :O ), you should definetally up his CA/PA even more than you did.

Not sure if it is related to this database or its supposed to happen. But playing as Rangers - deals are being made for players to be sold by the administrators, the contacts are agreed and then it always fails with 'Deal couldn't be confirmed'. Supposed to happen or error?
 
Valencia's moving into new stadium - Nuevo Mestalla - somewhere between 2013 and 2014 as they accomplished to sell the old Mestalla terain and their current training grounds to Bankia, which also led to reduce the debt by about 250mln ( and Valencia took or will take another loan in amount of 120-150mln to complete the building of NM ).

Also, couple of Valencia's players needs CA/PA upgrade and some of them downgrade in their abilities ;)

Upgrade:
Jordi Alba - he is on of the best on his position in Spain/Europe and first choice on LB in Spanish national team. Not to mention massive potential he possess. 150/170 or something near that ;) Also, he is very fast, so slight changes in pace and acceleration ( 17/18 )

Sofiane Feghouli - Underrated in FM, only 127 CA and 155 PA. Should be 135/158. One of the main driving forces in Valencia this year.

Jonas - Slight upgrade in CA, as he is very good this season, providing lots of assists and goals ;) And 20 for offensive midfielder and accomplished as left and right winger.

Diego Alves - 160 of CA would be appropriate and something like 18-20 for penalties

Vicente Guaita - need improving a little.

Victor Ruiz - the same as Guaita.

Juan Bernat - -9 for potential and 115-120 Current Abilities.

Paco Alcacer - -9 potential

Cristian Portu - -7 in potential is too little for him. -8 would be okay.

Downgrade:
Pablo Hernadez - slightly decrase his CA
Adil Rami - downgrade in concentration.

Just a few things:

Descrease Ganso´s injury pronesness, he is not so injury prone (from 16 to 12)
Increase Alexis Sanchez´s injury pronesness (he is still injured this season- should be at least 12-13 from 6)
Remove Sergio Aguero´s PPM Shoots long (IRL he always tries to use his technique and get to the penalty area, not to shoot from distance)

its down to the administartors or the owners, sometimes they dont allow to buy or sell people until you are in amore stable state

Edit: Actually Barrios doesn't need a downgrade. Yes he hasn't been performing, but I think that is more to do with Lewandowski growing as a player in the last 6 months, and Barrios comming back from injury, which is always difficult. Especially when your competition is in the form Lewandowski is in. His stats will go down a little during the injury anyway.
