go into program files and then steam folder, then type basic comp and wait till that folder comes up go into it and there will b xml documents of all the leagues copy the file that says "eng" and paste it into the editor folder where u put your transfer update file.. right click the eng file and click edit then scroll down down abit till u find the premiership the id for it is 11 i think , it will ave match rules sub rules like for EG THREE FROM SEVEN change it to seven from seven and then save it now u will b able to make seven subs from seven.. can do it with the rest of the leagues.... hope this makes sense lol

The football league has been increased from 5 subs to 7... Not premier league are allowed to use all subs haha
