He's certainly improved since his West Ham days where he was considered one of the 'bad eggs' when sold to Fulham. Surprisingly enough, Zamora was also branded this when sold from West Ham and look where he is now.

Konchesky has improved as a player yes, but he's not Liverpool standard. Fulham getting Salcido and Pool getting Konch says it all.

apparently so, bizarre move, but then fulham also got a better fullback than konchesky as a replacement. fulham are coming out better and better in the deal imo
