The lad won best youngster of the year in his last year in Brazil playing as a kind of number 10 role. You don't go from winning that to being **** within a year or so i just think its taken the club too long to realise his best position.

agreed. never understood why some liverpool fans slated him, i woul happily have have him at united. rafa, like SAF with anderson, was playing him deeper to round off his game defensively, and to be fair to him it looks like it has worked, hes got a very good all round game now.
