one thing i forgot to mention is that i don't use oi's from the OP, my assistant set the opposition instructions

So which tactic do you use? and is working still. The 2-3-4-1 or the first one on the original post?

i use the 3-3-3-1 Guardiola (beta), the first one on the original post.
i played all this save on 15.3.1.

Put the tactic in all slots, change the mentality in two of them.



Counter in one and Attack in other, so you'll have one tactic in control, other in counter and another in attack,

This is how i start the games:

I only use the attack in HOME against weaker teams, when i know they'll defend in entire match.

Counter i use away against bigger teams, like chelsea, manchester, real madrid.

but during the match i change the mentality depending of how my team are playing.

Your assistant give opposition instructions, so he need a good tactical knowledge
(I Don't know how much this is important, if the OI's in OP are better or worse)

Trainings are team cohesion, sometimes i change to balanced
during the season trainings are always on avarage.

match prep defending positions like in OP, sometimes i change match prep to offensive positions or teamwork,
always on 40%.

Thanks for sharing bro, looking for a tactic to use with a Valencia save. I want to try and bring them back to the top and dominate world football with them and this seems like the tactic to do it with, haven't played this years fm much and tips with signings or anything else? wonderkids etc?

u could use this, are players of my recently started save. i don't use any league update or something, just the db original of 15.3.0

Becausd the team needs depth and width that are provided by the wingers. If i were u i wouldn't change that, but try it if u can. ??????

Nice. How is it going for you ? U must be patient because it's a possession tactic. It tries to dominate everyone and you will achieve that. Try to train the right ppm. ??????

The same in the OP with minor tweaks such as, RIGHT WINGER to ATTACK ROLE, CENTRAL DEFENDER moved to the right and added PRESS MUCH MORE (i usually play with this, more and less).
