These are my tactics to be tested.
Name of Tactic: 4-1-3-2 Barnet 2nd Season
Formation: 4-1-3-2
Touchline Shouts: Retain Possession, Exploit Middle, Play Wider, Drop Deeper, Stay on feet
Use of Playmaker? (Highlight in Bold) Yes/No
Attacking/Defensive (Highlight in Bold)
Best Team to Use: A team like Hull who would usually struggle, But a better team like Chelsea would probably be more effective in testing.

Touchline Shouts: Play Even Safer, Get stuck in, pump ball into box (last 15 mins)
Use of Playmaker? NO
Attacking/Defensive: Defensive
Best Team to Use: Blackpool, or any team predicted to be relegated. They should mostly not lose matches. You can make the side more attacking in last 15 mins.

Tactic tested with: Villarreal
Signings: Joe Cole,Ledley King,Paulo Ferreira and Sidney Govou
Best Result: Villarreal 2-0 Zaragoza
Worst Result: Racing Santander 0-0 Villarreal
Changes to tactic:
The Good:
A tactic that needs a bit of work.Strengthening the defence and improving on the centre of midfield by possibly playing a defending defensive midfielder so that he is a 'Destroyer' of the opposition attacks would benefit the defence more seeing as how they wouldn't have to rely on one-another to clear the ball away when in danger.
Playing a supporting Target Man may help you because of the playing of wingers would be an advantage for you to get some headed goals by a tall,strong striker.The poacher would play on the shoulder of the last defender and would be a constant thorn in the backside of the defenders whilst the target man holds up the play for more options.
Could be better with some more tinkering.

Tactic tested with: Villarreal

- Changed left centre back to covering Limited Defender
- Changed fullbacks to automatic
- Changed CM to supporting Deep-Lying Playmaker.
The Good:
- Nice fluid,attacking play.
- Poachers make it hard to defend against.
- Wingers cut inside to create opportunities.
- Wingers sometimes cut inside too much.
- Poachers can sometimes miss important crosses.
- Defence is not solid enough.
- Can become quite inconsistent against smaller clubs.
- Play a supporting Target Man instead of two poachers.
- Direct the play to the flanks for more expansive passing and space-creating.
- Have only one winger cut inside,not both.
- Play a Limited Defender in your backline.
- Play a quicker tempo.
- Use zonal marking.

Hi, can you maybe mention which tactic you've just tested? I can't tell. Interesting thread by the way, looking forward to seeing you test more. I won't hit 250 posts until FM2025 but until then, I think I can pick up some useful hints just from reading your suggestions on other people's tactics.8-|

Ermm,I feel that it's locked horns between madsheep and PokerJoker_num's tactics.
Both similar in attacking play and domination but have very solid defences which are proven to break down.
I couldn't decide between the two for obvious reasons (A)
