Completely destroyed them, yet had to score a 92nd minute winner. VERY good tactic and if my players weren't dossing for most the game it could've and should've been a HUGE scoreline.

any edits bro?i have had great success with the other 2 tactics,but this one isn't doing as well.:S
but defender closing down pulled into the 4-1-1-2-2 makes that unstoppable.

i ticked "use target" man and pulled him into the box (CAVANI) he scored 69 goals in one season..anyway i changed in player instructions too when you download the tactic as you can see the middle striker has "tight marking" on NO..put it on yes..thats what i did!! good luck and thanks alot mr hough

he scored 69,but what about the others?were the other strikers as successful?and i thought the centric striker dropped deep at times and so wasnt on tight marking,doesn't that feature go away when you do this?

None at all mate, just plugged it in and away I went. Wilfried gone to the ACON so Sanogo has come in as the middle striker and is doing brilliant in his abscence. What team are you?
 
i still having problem to find suitable player. can someone help me to create the player filter?or to give each position recomended attributes?
 
Hi, are the math prep still the same? attacking mov + high?

im wolves,3rd season finished.into the 4th.I have won the Champs League twice,League Cup 3 times,FA Cup twice,finished 3rd twice in the league and won it this season.So the team is pretty good.And the team was made with the 4-3-3 in mind.So i have great strikers,sturridge,moussa sow,paloschi,quintero,sanogo,weiss,shaqiri,a.young,dudu,k.asamoah,honda,chantome,ekdal,a.santos,dante,r.johnson,azpilicueta.so i don't know where i'm going wrong.i tried,making the tight marking on the central striker to yes,and then ticked target man but dint select anyone.seems to be doing better.what do you suggest i do?
 
Just downloaded the latest update from MrHough, and its working very well with my Napoli side, before i joined them they had already sold Cavani, Hamsik & Lavezzi...so i have had to build from the ground...these are some of my results...

Won 8-0 vs AC Milan 10 CCC's...they only had 2 shots the full match...
Won 5-0 vs Juve...4 CCC's...they also had 2 shots the full match...

Very happy with the tweaked version MrHough...tried uploading SS but it wouldn't work for some reason...
 
in the latest tactic,the one with the closing down increase,which player should be replaced in case of a sending off?the outer strikers still?

exactly what you did mate, i found ticking tight marking and yes to the middle striker but not specifying a target man worked really well for me too, you have a pretty good squad which should be winning title etc. perhaps the team talks and motivation isnt quite right, they put too much importance on these in this years version :/

When I said I wasn't getting the desired results what I meant to say is the devastating results like others.But yes it's a great tactic,I have since moved to United-Wolves was too boring now.And got in Sanogo n Bender n M'Bengue n Bassong n Facundo Ferreyra.And I tweaked the defence of the tactic,and since things have been looking rosy.I have played 15 as United head coach,15 wins,64 scored and 6 conceded.Chica,Rooney on fire.Out of the 6,3 were due to me playing around with the defense settings.Loving it.I have also tried the settings on the 4-1-1-2-2 and its working there too.So I'm really happy!Will try it for the whole season and also with the Serbian national team and then I'll know whether its the tweak in defense or the good players in United.lol.
 
Probably the best tactic I've used for FM yet. Won the league with Ajax in March, won every game so far with a +90GD with games left, into the dutch cup final and quarter finals of the champions league. Wilfried :wub:has scored 47 in 35 games in all comps. Well done Hough.
 
just finished 2nd season with Villarreal and although not one the league yet with this tactic, Nilmar my central striker has returned 63 goals in 1st season and 77 in season 2, and that's just league goals. He secured 92 all told in 2nd season along with a Europa League Cup success. Just need to stop the leaking defence a little.

how do u do it?like which version of the tactic and what settings?and I kind of messed around with the defense,a bit.seems to be working for united.i'll let you know how it goes after a few more games.and then maybe u can try it out.
 
My Brentford team just won the champions league in 2016 (4th season) against Barca!! Went 1-0 down then equalised then went 2-1 up then Messi equalised in like 83rd minute...thought it would be going to extra time but Lenny Nangis snatched a winner in the 87th and all the players ran onto the pitch at full time whistle!! Leigh Griffiths top scoring in the champo's league with 16 goals :)
However i came 2nd in the Premiership by 2 points behind liverpool who won they're 20th title and completed a domestic treble :)

Yes mate, latest version. Didn't change a thing, just downloaded, plugged it in and played without even touching it. My other 2 strikers varied depending on what foot they were to what side they played on, for example when I had a right footed on the right side they always seemed to cross the ball into the other 2 strikers more, whereas on the left striker I have a right footed player, he seems to cut in a bit more onto his stronger foot giving him a stronger goal scoring opportunity. Although saying that I have Sanogo on the right and he's scored quite a lot, so I don't think it matters, might just depend on the player. Personally Hough's latest has almost broken the game for me, I have looked literally unstopable, I'm at the end of March and have won every game since a 1-1 with Dortmund back in October. Man Utd away next in the quarter final though.. that'll be the big test..
