I think I want to cry... :) I've waited for that day for so long!

I have tried it in only 3 games:

Leeds 1-1 Leicester
Huddersfield 3-1 Leeds
Leeds 4-3 Yeovil Town

So pretty mixed so far, but tactic is far from assimilated, AND the whole team's moral is average at best (not great overall, we are 22nd out of 24 teams).

Will test some more, and probably with Liverpool as well (with a preseason to learn the tactic in time and keep the moral high!).

Maybe just one question though: how important is moral in getting results? My opinion is it's very important. Any feedback from your experience?

Morale is nearly everything in FM14. Its so important, once you manage a team who win a lot of cups and what not you'll understand, you tend to kill games off, due to morale being so high.

Thanks for the reply! You are confirming what I was thinking. But it looks like it's even more important than I first thought.

Will post some more results after morale has improved and tactic has been assimilated!
 
Ive only switched it during half time, but it gave me a lot more chances on goal & nice attacking play, i'll give it a go for a few games & report back here ! tell me what kind of screenshot u can use.

Do u have a corner exploit ready? could use some goals from those ^^
 
Update: its a very nice attacking flow-tactic.. i got well over 20 shots a game, but i havent got over 5 of them "on target", and the rule in football is: if u dont score the opponent surely will, wich is what happens every game, played 4, lost 3 games

Hey mate! Great to have you back :) I'm guessing you are starting to notice the insane randomness in patch 14.2.2 :) Users will get so incredibly different results, no matter what now. I'm just waiting for the final patch now myself, hope to see you around when it's out :)
 
Agree with what others have said - in general this is a fantastic tactic, one of the best so far for 14.2.2, if not the best. It does seem weaker against the bigger sides though, that is one pattern I've noticed.

That being said, the randomness of the current patch still crops up when your team is on a good run, morale is high and statistically you can dominate a team yet get thumped 3-0 for example, very annoying!

MrHough, would it make any difference if I'd set the LEFT fullback on attack instead of the right one, basically "mirroring" the defensive line?
 
So i'm playing with my German team who i've had promoted from non-league to Bundesliga, and this ME has nearly made me have enough haha. Your tactic is really good but i can't stop conceding silly goals, or their strikers score every chance they get, but yet again i blame the ME, here are some results:View attachment 425544View attachment 425543View attachment 425542View attachment 425541The tactic is fine, the ME is just highly frustrating with how unpredictable it is.

edit: also i love how many corners i am scoring, shown by the M. Haifa game :)

Hi on wingers: left foot on left side or right side and right foot on right side or left side?
 
First test (tactic not fluid), Dutch supercup Feyenoord (me) vs. PSV

1st half: 0-3, at least six CCC conceded to my opponent.
2nd half: don't ask me how but I've managed to win 4-3 XD with a late tap-in by Keisuke Honda. Three goals came from corners though...yay Set Pieces Manager 2014!

From this test my impression were not so good. The tactic is just defensively horrible, but funny as **** indeed :D
Will give it other tries, it deserves them.
