I know you may of answered this already but what players suit the positions? The rb and lb have arrows backwards does this mean they will be defensive so I should use Vertonghen as a defensive lb or an attacking one the same with the rm and lm and what players shall I play at cm?
Many different types work, but going on observations during the match highlights I would use the following.......
Keeper.............. Standard
RB and LB....... I have noticed that they can get forward and put in crosses for my attacking players so I would have all round fullbacks, decent pace and acceleration so they can get up and down the pitch and then good defensive attributes such as positioning and tackling.
Centre backs...... Usual stats required, pace, acceleration, jumping, strength and all the other defensive stuff.
DM.......... Does a bit of everything, defends but also pushes on and plays balls into the attacking players, also sometimes picks up loose balls on the edge of the area and has a shot. So mids who can do a bit of everyhing but with a bias on defensive, work rate and strength orientated attributes.
CM and CM........ These players score lots of goals and get into the area so I would suggest Strength and other decent Physical attributes to allow them to be a force getting forward and also good finishing if possible as they will get a lot of chances at goal and often burst through into a crowded area looking for a chance. I also try to get ones with good team work and work rate so they get involved in all phases of play. These are very important players in the tactic, the better they are, the better you are as a team.
Wingers......... I just use standard wingers, pace, acceleration, dribbling, crossing, bit of finishing is a bonus.
Striker........ Most types work but strong strikers with good finishing seem to work best. Most goals will come from crosses, through balls or poaching in the 6 yard box, rarely have I seen the striker in a position to run with the ball or take on defenders and if he does then his strength is the best thing for this situation. Weak strikers will get out muscled in the area.
Hope this helps.
