i just got one question. i downloaded the 4141 rock classic since is the one everybody talks about being the most successful around here if i'm not wrong hehe the question is: the focus of the pass on team instructions is through the middle, if i change this to mixed or by the flanks , it destroys the tactic? im asking this because generally the center is where the field is more populated, and if played against teams with short width won't the tactic struggle a bit? thanks in advance and keep up the good work :)

ps: sorry for bad English since i'm Portuguese :)


edit: in this same tactic 4141 rock classic what kind of player should the striker be? powerhouse target man or a quick technician striker?

You could try flanks or mixed and give feedback on the testing? :) Your other question, complete forward would be the best.

I am really picky and my only problem is, RVP has just stopped scoring, he started of well, 5in4, but hasn't scored since, and ha has played 11, my top scorer is Strootman and rooney, both being played in the CM positions with 7 goals each.
I have downloaded the tactic from the link on OP, so, is there anything I should have done/ can do to increase his goal tally?

The tactic is designed that way :P The CM's are your main goal scorers :)
 
very few position in match which I use this tactic. what should I do?

all match result : 0-0, maybe 1-1.
 
ok than. i will use this tactic until end of season.
which player should be play maker?
and last question, what do you use to match training(att.mov. or def.p.)

Ahhhhh, I see, if that was your aim, then I commend you on being a very good tactician :) Could you possibly recommend me a tactic that will be quite successful and the striker has a decent outlay please?

Ok :)

The tactic is great overall , the only "problem" i had faced is against lower teams who dont tend to attack much even playing home and tend to close up very early in game , or if they score first. maybe in this cases , changing to the flanks can get them to open up a little bit, causing them to create spaces for the mc's and the striker itself.

i will give some test and then give some feedback on the results :)

This is my first post in this great Forum, Mr.Langvatn thanks for this amazing tactic (4141 Rock Classic), best I have used so far.
In my first season I won nPower Championship with Derby easily, my 2 MC were Craig Bryson and Paul Coutts/Will Hughes they played awesome Bryson 15 goals 10 assists, Coutts 8 and 5, Hughes 5 and 15).
Then I finnish 6th and won FA Cup & Capital in my second season. Finally in my third season won EPL, FA Cup, Capital One and Europa League (Amazing Season :P), and now in my 4th season at the club Im going to play UCL final against Bayern! :D
I write this because I need to thank you for your great job creating this tactic!

Yes, the Degeneration X tactic is quite nice. The one I made with Mr Hough. The AMC however scores a lot too, maybe more than the striker. But when you get a complete forward type striker like Falcao, Lewandowski, etc, he will score a decent amount in the Rock Classic too.

Mr Langvatn, if you would see what i did with your rock classic you would kill me LOL. My fullbacks are wingbacks now and my RM and LM are both AMC and its working very good for me. Unbeaten in de CL group fase in my second season with Feyenoord. Beaten Chelsea 4-0 away !!! Since i killed your tactic i only lost 1 game 3-0 against Atletico Madrid in the first knock-out round of the cl away. Had the upper hand but my defenders aint that well in the air and Falcao scored 3 !

It's nice to experience a bit with tactics. However, in the long run I find the 4-1-4-1 formation the most stable one. Nice results though, grats :)

GoalKeeper, Ball Playing Defenders, Deep Laying Playmaker. Wingers Box to Box Poachers (If got a good stirker who ant got heading I put him on Complete Forwrd).
 
Are people having better success using their own team talks or leaving it to the assistant?

If using your own, what do you use?

Is this for 4141 Rock Classic and Fullbacks or Wingbacks?
