I just choose depending on what I want the player to do. Box to Box has shooting training and Dribbling and Technique which is good for players I expect to be getting in attacking positions. Central mid more trains Passing, tackling, positioning rather than the more attacking attributes, so I usually use this for my DM's.
 
We gave a good fight, I think. Furthermore, for those who are complaining about your strikers scoring less than your midfielders, maybe you are not using the right kind. Thanks, but I think more than 70% is due to Mr Langvatn. He is a genius.
Before the 1-3, I used subtitutes on the league, and then forgot to change my keeper. Who knows what would have happened ^^

its not all down to the tac i know its a awsome tac but its you that picks the team and buys the players so you do have some thing to do with it but well done who know where it could lead you

That's why I gave me 30% of credit ^^ I'll report my next season as well, but I am a little bit worried becuase my best players do not want to sign their contracts.
 
Am I the only one on whose saves this brilliant tactic starts to lose some of its efficiency after third or more seasons played? I am guessing it has something to do with the match engine "learning" how to play against your tactic, but not sure.

The match engine doesn't learn tactics. As your reputation increases, the AI will play more defensively against you.
 
Hi Mr. Langvatn. Once Again congrats on a great tactic, it's doing Wonders with my Rochdale save, won League 2, League 1 and championship , 4 th in the 1 st. PL season, 6 th in second season, won the FA cup, 3 rd in 3 rd, runners up in the Capitol cup and the Euro cup. Bought some very good Young players that are doing Wonders, some are generated players, but three key signings where Tanko Dyakov (very consistant dc), Alexandre Frade (very good dmc, still using him as backup) and Adam Le Fondre (scores a lot of goals, 31 in my first PL season). One downside that makes my skin crawl is the GK, dispite having distribute to DL and defender collect he makes the pass right between my two DC and straight to the forward storming Opp SC, and the amount of rock solid 9.0 MoM DC from the Opp is taking me straight back to CM 94 or 95 :P... sorry for the lack of Pictures but i'm having some problems with uploading and as you can see I can't jump lines
 
i have stupid question i play with chelsea and i cant play on tacitc 4141 classic rock i have half season
my team 100% learn tacitc i have bale oscar mata hazard cavani alaba and i often have draws and lost with norwich and west brom i use team talk guide i have best coachs
what im doing wrong?and sry for my bad english

Off topic but can anyone answer this. Do your players lose "trained at club 15-21" status if they are loaned out to domestic clubs?

Your problem is probably that you changed half your team, so they don't play well together. You have to wait like 6 months then for better results... ish...
