Firstly, I tell calmly the team to relax. Then assertively I tell each one of them that I have faith.
After the first half, If I am winning by 1, I ask not to get complacent. If I am winning by 2 or more, I tell them that I am happy with their performance. If we re drawing or losing, I tell the players that I expect more in the second half.

Well my Derby team are top of the prem with 6 games to play, 4 of them to play at home and all against lower teams, but Man City, Tottenham have games in hand of me and City are level on points, Spurs 1 point behind us. It's 1st season in prem and I only have 2 new players from the team that won the Championship. I signed Toloi as a DM and in January I signed Charlie Austin for 2 million, that's it! My strikers haven't scored many goals, but both my mids are in double figures and we look certain for a champions league place, may even win the league! Will Hughes is now an England squad regular.

love your tactic mate the classic rock has won me 3 titles in a row with everton (after a rich man took over ) with the striker was is best a tall striker or small quick?

Go to /Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2013\Filters
If the filters folder isn't there, just simply create it.
When in game go to /Search/Player Search/Filter(On right hand side)/Manager Filters/Import
