Hey mate looks a great tactic just a couple of questions. C each player in squad do u go to their training and change focus on position u plan to play them I.e debuchy wing back also do u train the player in that position I.e marveux train as ml cheers

I do train each player to their role yes,

however I only give positional training to players who are not natural in the position I want to play them in, like your example Marveux trains as ML, but I do not train Sissoko to play CM as he is already natural there.

Can you re-upload the previous version? New set-piece seems doesn't work for me as well as the previous one.
Thanks.

Just finished my 1st season with Dortmund using the original tactic.

Supercup: Won 3-0 v. Bayern
Bundesiga: Won W:26 D:1 L:7 F: 80 A:26 Pts: 79 [+9 points from 2nd]
DFB-Pokal: Won 0-0 5-4p. v. Werder Bremen
UEFA Champions League: Won 2-0 e. v. Real Madrid

Top Goalscorer: Lewandowski Apps: 45 | Gls: 40 | Ast: 7 | AvR: 7.59 [DLP(S)]
Most Assists: Reus Apps: 47 | Gls: 10 | Ast: 30 | AvR: 7.47 [ML]

Thats an insane 1st season, well done mate

Thanks, I played 12 friendlies in pre-season so squad was coming along nicely in terms of the formation and we hit the season running.

Think without Lewandowski we would have struggled (next top scorers were 3 players all on 10!) That being said Timo Werner scored 6 from 9 (5) apps. Don't think I got the best out of Mkhitaryan using this formation though, and Reus only excelled in terms of Assitsts.

Only significant signing was Eder Alvarez Balanta.

this tactic look great. If i move the wingers to AMRL do you still think this would work Callamity?

I could not guarantee the results with the wingers pushed forward mate,
here is an average position image from one of my games,

the wingers are already attacking enough in my mind and have space to run into as they are at the moment, however if pushed forward they will play more with their backs to goal which is something I dont like.

You are probably best going for 441 replacing the dmc, keeps a decent shape defensively and the false9 up front

sorry to clarify, you mean playing with 4 flat midfielder? (thus dropping the dmc)
last time I dropped one of the mc and got heavily dominated by opponent.

New season, new team, another promotion!

I got the job in Luton Town and managed to climb from 20. place to 4. and win the promotion over Scunthorpe in the play-off. I'm now in League 2 and it's working great already, 3-0-1 after the first four games.

So I quit my Blackpool save to try it with relegation battlers Cardiff.

I know it's early in the season, but this is just ridiculous!!!

Sure, too early to tell what will happen, but I can definitely say I won't be getting relegated this season.

An update on my Cardiff save,

now 9 games played and it looks like im putting up a title challenge, hah!

My only loss was to Tottenham 2-3, and I was down to 10 men.

If I didn't have Caulker, Jedinak and Medel injured / out of fitness I would have definitely won.

Can't wait to see what will happen for the rest of the season.

This is with NO database change or anything. just tactic all fluid.

EDIT:
16 games in, this the premier league table:

1. Cardiff 35 pts
2. United 31 pts
3. Chelsea 29 pts
4. Stoke 29 pts
5. City 27 pts
6. Spurs 26 pts

What a season! Almost half-way.
