thats great mate, here's what im working on so far View attachment 317068 it hasn't been fully tested since it aint no where near fluid but give it a go and keep me posted of your tweaks and i'll make sure once i create a new thread i'll mention your help with this tactic same goes for others who will improve it.
 
How did you acquire 180M in transfer funds?

Anyways. Yes this tactic still work wonders.
 
HI I'm a fan of your tactic I have a question it's about Oppositional Instruction do I have to set assistant to do it ?

and also match trainig you said to let the assistant handle the match trainnig but sometime he changed to defensive positioning before match does it effect much in the game ?

you don't have to use the assistant, i usually use attacking and defensive approach to games
 
Get a good assistant manager with great tactical knowledge and let him handles it.
 
The Best tactics for my savegame..really love the clasic mode......Tq mate... :)....do you have the 4-2-3-1 counter tactics??
 
I don't know if I'd like a 4-2-3-1 or a 4-3-3. I'm still using the 442 in all my saves. It's deadly and effective.
