Mate any luck for putting up the player instructions as I am on a tablet and can’t download the tactic
Even I am on top with all this youngsters I strugle in most of games.
One of problems is poor passing from my 2 central midfilders and offcourse 2 young strikers with low finishing abilities.
Atleast I menaged to complete shot with power on Jude who I am using as complete forward on suport.
All players older then 22 are on transfer list so definitly I need to buy more youngsters.

Finally a tactic where my strikers can score goals...Geat tactic, only played it with liverpool but dominated the game3-4-1-2-LIBERO DOMINATOR-by Vujevic
Due to warios reasons(absence from home,shity FM 19) I finaly started to play Fm on Cristmas day.Like every year there is no any progress with match engine,they only adding stupid features what I never use.
People who watch my You Tube videos the know my poor opinion about Sport interactive and why I never use some features.One of my questins to Sport interactive why no any famous tactican from comunity is not working for Sport interactive,their response was that game is not created for tacticans then for average players who buys the game.
It was not easy task to create sucesfull tactic with this type of match engine but somehow I menaged to do job and my Norwich team won Premiership in first season with 95 points.
For defense I wanted best setup to deal with oponent direct long passes.
When my team is under pressure I wanted to have 5 diferent players who can supply direct passes to my strikers and expose teams who plays with 2 central defenders.
Against teams who plays with deep defense line I wanted to have plenty people in oponent box to minimese chances for sucesfull marking.
All set pieces are done by my shadow striker.
I do only invidual trainings for my players,everthing else including OI is done by my asistant manager.
All players need to have some kind of finishing move(placed shot,shot with power)
Wingbacks need to have good crosing and work rate abilities.
Complete forward on atack must be top player,with decent mobilty and high finishing.
During games where I realy need to score in last 20 min I change team width and tempo to maximum.
Be awere of get stuck in team instruction and also some of players have instruction to tackle hard so you need to be careful.
I tested this only with Norwich,so feel free to try it and tweak it if need.
Coming home in February so then I will do some videos.

As you can see my results I am still on top results are good but not so impresive due tu lack of team quality.
My left back Hardie was worth only 50 k in his previus club,he has pace,acelaration,work rate and crosing atleast 14 and he fits in tactic that is reason why I bought him.
It is not easy to find corect players but people need to loose some time and do some effort and less cry around.
Other problem i have curently is Sunjic who is fantastic defensive mid player but with his low passing and technical skills he is not type of player what i want in my tactic.
When I need to score goal i can only increase team width in last 20 min because very high tempo canot work with Sunjic who miss any pass.
My advice is alvays been that people need to watch and observe their team games and do correct decisions.

I used this tactic in my southampton, but I lost to each team

same here ....got fired from Norwich and got Southampton job and losing like crazy too -_-I used this tactic in my southampton, but I lost to each team

Guys its realy important to have correct players on each position,othervise you will not have success!So no mater how player is good if he doesnt have correct attributes you need to get rid of them!This is currently the best tactic around tested in every league with incredible results...just make sure you have correct players and very good assistant manager because he had to to a lot,with training opp.instructions and pep talks during the match...
