Just 3 players in, As I do feel the squad has all major areas covered for the time being. To drastically improve we need to spend drastic money which we don't have as the finances have gone to ****. The 3 i've signed are all with a view to the future, I feel Steve Richards can be an amazing player with the right guidance. I therefore made him my big signing. We are basically playing with a near full first team of foreigners so I felt it was important to add some English players into the mix.

As with last time I will split my leagues games in charge in half, in this case 9. Update them and whatever cup games fell in and around them.

So with that said here are our results. Neal Maupay is an amazing bit of business from the previous manager! And the sole reason we won some of these games

We have also stayed unbeaten in the league under my management, After reverting back to my 5-3-2 formation. Maupay could use a better player along side him IMO. But Podolski has been injured the whole time for me so far, so maybe when he's back he can fill that gap. Regardless we have climbed up to 5th level on points with Liverpool and Chelsea, With some good results a Champions League charge is still on!

The squad we have is actually really good! I think all we need is a better left back and another quality striker along side maupay.
 
With the end of the season approaching we are still in 2 cup competitions and still in the hunt for a champions league pleace. So how did we get on?

As you can see we exited both the FA Cup and teh Europa League. We can rightly complain about both Man City only had one shot on target and we battered Lazio, going out in the harshest possible way on away goals.

However we still remain up there or thereabouts for a champions league place, We did get 4 draws in the league in a row. Would that effect our charge? Not a chance we have gone and done it! Champions League next season for Reading!

Our squad is currently filled wth alot of players who don't add anything to the cause or are just to old. So I started clearing out what I think is the deadwood! This has meant players signed by the other managers being shipped out, Let the controversy begin ;)

With that two players are brought in. Nigel Cotton is one with the future in mind, Kwadwo Asamoah will arrive on a bosman on the 1st of July. My intention was to play him at left back or left wing back, he is far better than Evra who as you can see above has been sold.

My moving on of players has also freed up alot of wages, The club made a staggering loss last season. hopefully champions league football can help with that in the coming season. I have selected Europa League qualification for the coming campaign as it was the minimum expectation of the board. Two more deals are due to go through on the 1st of July with Gerviniho and Radovanovic both leaving.

Only 4 games in Colombias schedules during my 6 months, All friendlies so here is how we got on. 2 wins a draw and a loss, Losing to Brazil was very very harsh on us Falcao chose a **** of a game to go missing!

With that my 6 months are up, I'll be sending the save to Saul in a few minutes time and throughly look forward to seeing Scott and Saul winning the copa america and the champions league ;)

Just got the game and the squad looks really poor but with good potential! I am quite likely to have a big clear-out and change around in personnel and tactics

I have moved on some of the big earners, Brought in some young players with massive potential. We do need some more home grown players for the champions league I think aswell. I'd also be tempted to replace Valdes he really hasn't been all that, Bosch has been absolutley brilliant for the half season I was there.
 
Unlucky. Looks like regens are going to have to save the day.

As you may have noticed I decided to move on a lot of players and sign only players key for the first team but this has left my squad very thin in terms of depth and back up players therefore I will be relying on youth players to act as back up to the first team giving them what could be vital experience of first team football.

In the Champions League Qualification stage we were given a very tough draw against a strong sporting side and ultimately were turned over 1-0 in aggregate so it looks like another season in the Europa League, quite disappointing after only recently winning the Copa America.

It looks as though the Euro Cup draw has been a bit more friendly and we have been drawn it a relatively simple group with montpellier looking like the only team we may have a challenge with, although care should be taken in the matches against lillestrom.

no none yet i don't think you get approached that often on this years game think you have to apply

Bit of pressure make it more interesting ;)
