Thanks for the reply. I guessed from the fact that your tactic has a lot of team and player instructions that you had probably taken a lot of time and experimentation getting to the final result!

It certainly works- I'm second at the moment behind Man Utd (but only on goal difference) with 8 games to go. Have scored 70 in 28 games, and conceded 32.

Its an entertaining tactic to watch too. Up until now the most success I'd had was with a possession based 4-1-4-1, but your tactic is far more free-scoring than that was.

My next test will be to try it out with "my" team- AFC Bournemouth. They'll need a couple of signings in key areas (The AM(C) in particular) but there are some free agents that I think will do the trick. They already have two wide men that will slot nicely into the inside forward roles, and two pacey wing backs so I think it could work, and I've been really keen to find a 4-2-3-1 that will work with them.

Actually, I never used any opposition instructions. Are you sure you didn't change anything?

looking at it on my tactic it shows a ball winning midfielder on yours i think its a deep laying midfielder could that be the problem?

ive worked why i concede, it has to be down to the possession, ive played 20 games and in only 5 i had more then 45% the rest ive been destroyed

Don't know why it isn't working for you. Even with Southampton, I almost always have more possession.

I started using your tactic, first results werebad but then it got better. I really like the way the team plays and tactic in overall, shouts etc.

I wonder if there is a way to make F9 score more. I'm going to stay with your settings for this season as there is a lot of potential even though my players' skills are quite bad

A lot of nice tactics showing up now. Below is a video of a match showing what you can expect the play to be like with my tactics. I am now using it with Southampton, and I am in my second season with that team. I sold a bunch of players, including Gaston Ramirez and Schneiderlin, tried to get a bit more depth, and added Torres and Anderson on loan. Main big money signings were Vertonghen and Ramsey. I signed Hector Moreno in my first season.

I dominated against someone with these tactics against someone who was using the True Tiki Taka tactic in an online versus match.

I played with Arsenal against AS Roma. Won all three matches, 5-1, 4-3, and 4-1.

Great to hear. I have been having continuing success with this. Won the league 2 years straight with Southampton (in 2nd and 3rd years).

I sometimes change to "Counter" for difficult opponents, but most of the time I do not.

This tactic is really great... Just beat Man C 5-2 in Machester..

I'm have my ***. manager take care of OI's - but only when I play away from Emirates. No OI's at home..

I am now using this tactic with Southampton, and Benteke is my main striker. I have changed his role to Complete Forward, and it seems to work just as well. He scored almost 30 goals last season.
