good tactic i like 442 tacitcs... i have some question ... pre sesaon trening only play 7 games whit general trening balance and pre meatch tactic 50 % and whan fluid tactic change pre meatch to def position on 30-40 %... what individual trening use for players or leave to assitent ? wp tatic i play this tactic Novara 2024 year and i finish 2nd in Seria A and win Champion liga so proud ... great work man

I do the team talks, i had Andrea Pirlo as my assstant with 17 motivation but didn't work well for me so now i do the team talks

Teamtalks I use 95% of the time "Passionate" and first option available. I don't recall ever having a player get "red" with this and will lot's of times become "green". If you are unsure what to use, use this as a safe option. There are of course variables on ocasions where putting doubts on your players could get them to move their arses more, but as a general rule, to play it safe, use Passionate and option 1.
