My friend is playing a 3cb, 2cm, 3 AMs(2 wingers 1 cam) and 2 strikers, so more like a 3-2-3-2 or 3-2-5?? What can I do against him, he wrecks me every time and is smashing the league?

what team are u playing? what team he plays? do u use manual marking? do use the oi from the op? does your right wide midfilder is left footed ? does your left wide midfilder is right footed?

Yeah, all that except OI's cause we're playing FM Classic.. My team is really good, I have Messi striker, Deulofeu and Di Maria on the wings, Mata AM etc..

Then you should use the main tactic with the manual marking.

TFF clearly says at the OP that the main tactic with the manual marking is stronger than the non manual marking version.

As I remember, TFF said that it works better if the left striker is right footed and the right striker is left footed but it's more important that the striker has "Fairly Strong" rating for the weak foot.

just to say.. this is a screenshot regarding Pione Sisto's stats. The first year he played all the year in MR position and he had something like 9 on 20 on left foot (he's right footed as you know). In summer 2016 I bought Shaqiri and Bernardeschi for MR so he started playing ML. In december he won the Balon d'Or and the European Golden boy. As you can see he played better MR than ML (and when he played ML I had a really really better than when he played MR).

So now you are asking me why he's not playing MR? The answer in two words.. Xherdan Shaqiri.

I paid him 27 milions in August and now his value is 38 milions

Really ?! Can't you read the OP ?! You have to set the OI's only when you started your game,in the tactics menu.
