Rafael Benitez sacked as Internazionale coach

in reply to 'ben' who said babel is a player with a bad attitude... thats COMPLETELY wrong, he often does overtime at training, improving his fitness trying to catch eye of manager, rafa never gave him a chance and banned him from extra training, babel then spoke out about him and was never thought of again.
hes a very good talent, only 23. if he leaves, he'll be so good. if he stays, its potential wasted..

Did you, by any chance, get this from Ryan Babel's twitter? If so, then I wouldn't be surprised if he was telling massive porkies, frankly.

His tactics led to the most 1 sided 1st half in Champions League history!

And his tactics led to the best ever comeback in Champions League history...

This is not anti-Liverpool far from it!
If it weren't for Stevie G Liverpool would have won sweet FA -Fact!!
Out of the Champions League group stages until injury time
His tactics led to the most 1 sided 1st half in Champions League history! Even Barca v Milan and Chelsea v United were closer 1st half contests (and I was in Moscow)
FA Cup final hammered by West Ham til Stevie G rescued them.
Terrible Manager thankfully Moratti seems to have seen sense!!

They did end up winning the CL though
They then scored 3 goals in the second half and won on penalties
They won the FA Cup final, who cares what the score WAS
Hardly a terrible manager, led Valencia to La Liga and UEFA Cup titles

You could say that about every team, Chelsea would of lost against spurs recently until Drogba came on and changed match, so you could also say Ancelotti is useless aswell.

People seem to forget that Rafa's Valencia side beat one of Real Madrid's best ever sides to the La Liga title.

And in the UEFA Super Cup that summer, beat Jose Mourinho's Porto side, who had just won the Champions League, eliminating Man Utd en route to the fianl, before hammering a very good Monaco side 3-0.

Never said you didn't. Just don't see any Liverpool fans being bitter about it.

On topic: Still nothing on the Inter website about it...

3 Premierships
3 FA Cups
2 Carling Cups
Not bitter
Fact!

1 game vs 5 seasons?

Okay, fair dos, but Benitez won one things you have never won...a Champions League. He has also led Liverpool to two CL finals (Istanbul 05, Athens 07).

but what has any of this got to do with inter?

It is a thread about Rafael Benitez, I am talking about his career and qualities as a manager, surely is on-topic seeing as the thread is about him being sacked?

and lived off it ever since!

its not why he got sacked, or do with him being sacked. in fact ive hardly seen inter mentioned. once again its become about liverpool

Haven't you read any of the above in 5 seasons, he has won the CL, La Liga, Uefa cup, FA Cup, and you have relied on Drogba and lampard alot over the past

Not the last 5 seasons fuckwit
A bit like Spurs actually!!

I have gone away from the Liverpool debate tbf..

pack in the insults, get back to the aim of this thread, which is about rafa being sacked as inter coach, or this thread is done
