its a ok match villa scored first, but since then Rapid has been all over them

How the Goals were Scored

Rapid goal: It's a soft one, but Rapid won't care. Steffen Hofmann floats a ball into the Villa box and Atdhe Nuhiu gets the slightest of touches on it to flick into the corner. Game on.​
 
It's good to see the new match thread rules are working, good effort Calum. I just don't understand why Villa work so hard to secure a European place and not play their strongest squad. But it's making this a decent match as it's quite even.
 
They know they're going to be in for such a tough match on Sunday, they don't want to play there full squad.
 
I kind of hope Villa don't qualify for the Champions League anytime soon given the frequent lack of respect for the Europa League they show by naming reserve teams. Yes its good for game time for reserve players or younger stars but still..
