Like I explained, this tactic was developed when I was on 8th season in my main save in AFCW.
To be honest, I don't know if this works there in LLM, but tomorrow I'll give it a try.

*****433 TEST with KIDDERMINSTER HARRIERS - 100% Holiday Mode*****
Hi guys,Just tried with Kidderminster Harriers (Vanarama National League North) and end up in 1st (101 pts). Went on vacations mode, just asked the owner to make the transfers (in and out) and then play with my 433 tactic.
As I forgot to comeback from holiday before the next season begins, I miss the team and individual stats of that season. But, in December we had more than 60% possession average and top of goal scored, chances created).
SS - 1st season
(1) League champions with 101 pts(2) As you also can see, 100% of the days were on holiday.
(3) We also have won the FA Trophy, and on knockout rounds we only faced teams one tier higher.
(4) Now I'm in November of the 2nd season (still on vacation, just stopped to take the SS) and our media prediction is 19th and we are now in 1st !
(5) Most possession and most goals.

Both tactics working very well with my team, but strikers just doesnt perform. Whoever is playing up front just cant score.
433 perform better for me personally

On my recent testing of 433, the F9 is performing pretty well, mostly if we consider his quality for the league level:
And also on my main save, Miguel is an absolute beast.

Yes, to me as well. I just decided to upload both because I get good results as well with 4231. And as far as I could understand from some FM players, that this year "regular formations" doesn't perform well. So, I decided to upload 2 of the most popular formations.
WBA is a good side for Championship, but without a single lose is pretty good!

Like I said in a comment before, is so cool to have guys like you saying that you have enjoyed playing with my tactics, make me so proud and think that worth the time I spent back those days.
About possession tactic, as you may know, I prefer attacking minded and possession based tactic, but in recents match engine, I guess it's been very difficult to find a balance between a tactic with high % of possession and get massive results.It may be possible to find, but like I said in comment before, a lot of things changed in my life since 2014. Now I'm father (of the next world class striker) ahah, experienced some new jobs in between, so the time to develop a good tactic decresed a lot. Eventhough, now at home due to covid-19 I had more time to relive those memories.
About a tactic with high possession, I made one where I can get more than 75% of possession in 95% of the matches, but doesn't create much chances hahaha
P.S.:With that tactic, I managed to find a bug on the game. It's about the individual complete passes during the game.

Hi guys,Just tried with Bayer Leverkusen in 2 seasons. I asked to refuse all the offers (which lead to several players unhappy, Bailley was taking the whole team to agree with him saying that he deserves to play for better team...)
1st Season: Bundesliga Winners. Nothing else... So, not that impressive. But, gave it a go for a 2nd season...
2nd Season: Bundesliga Winners, Uefa Champions League Winners against Liverpool... 4-1. Domestic cup were not good enough.
Bonus: U19 Lerverkusen team lost in Uefa Youth League Final against Bayern...SS - 1st season

Yeah, I know, the sent off on 12' helped a lot.

Cons: Seems that 4231 is worst in possession and the false 9 doesn't score that much.
For me, the best overall is 433.
but depends a lot on your squad.For the Rinus Michels idea, is one "must have", but anyway, it can work, just use with the instruction "move into channels" and/or, "hold up ball".
