I think you made a typo in your request but I found a Facebook page for Pleasants Farm in Aberdour that featured a horse in the banner heading image, so I assume that's what you were referring to. Yellow and green colourways, as requested, with a nice vector of a cantering horse.

Not dissimilar to your version, I've used the Wolves badge template and a with their badge, I have left out the team name. In FM, the badge pretty much always appears alongside the name of the team in text, anyway — but the use of C.C.F.C. provides a clue for the uninitiated! The Year of Formation gives some visual balance. There is a white outline on the outer edge of this logo.
