Another game too. Hope your ok with the game time. I got loads of midfielders. lol

I wasn't complaining about the game time, it was only the second match in! :P (Although I did word it badly, and it sounded like I was complaining).

Gutted to be injured, but feel much worse Andy!

played only 45 minutes :'( but still scored on my first start hopefully i can get some more matches

Fran Gozalbo -
(Translated to English) I am pleased to score 4 goals for club. The goals wouldn't be possible without my wonderful teammates. I am looking to carry on scoring goals for this club.

Sam Freebody
"Wow! 5 starts and 9 goal is quite the start to a season. Thanks for showing confidence in me and as long as you keep picking me, I'll try my utmost to keep scoring."

Would I be able to start a game please, don't mind missing games but haven't started a game yet. Danny Croxall

The 'Town' Just Keep On Winning

Romsey Town keep on winning and with their sturdy defence and hotshot strikers this winning streak looks far from over. With the matches now coming thick and fast and with a few injuries to contend with Romsey may be a little weakened.

Romsey Town must be thrilled with Sam Freebody at the moment! The young lad cam't stop scoring hattricks! Fran Gozalbo also nearly snatched another hattrick too but was denied a third goal by an excellent save from the Evesham goalkeeper. Rocco Russo played excellently and dictated the play in the middle of the park and Malcolm Agger also played well. Nathan Walker looked confident in goal and made some crucial saves today as Romsey had some defending to do.

Joe French acted as captain today and lead the team by example. Left back Matt Smith looked confident running up the pitch even claiming an assist as he crossed for Gozalbo's second goal. Still Romsey are looking menacingly strong.

Allen Johnson Challenges Romsey To Remain Unbeaten

Romsey Town manager Allen Johnson has sensationally challenged his team to remain unbeaten during the whole league campaign. The certainly ambitious manager feels his team have the quality and the prowess about themselves to do what some may consider as the unthinkable and complete the perfect season.

Guilford V Romsey Town

Danny Welsh was the most positive spark today in a Romsey side who almost lost an important game. The 'Town' went 2-0 down after just fourteen minutes and it looked like Johnson's challenge to stay unbeaten for the whole season talk had jinxxed his team. Luckily he has some quality players in his squad and Danny Welsh was before long carving out some expert crosses. His first assist of the day came as he bent in a delicious deep cross which was met by the head of Jamie Salvi who buried his header into the Guilford goal. Welsh's second assist came minutes later as his corner was met by another head,,, the head of Conor De Souza who lashed in his header to level the game just before half time.

Tobey Mason gave Romsey the lead as he cut in from the right and curled his shot past the Guiford keeper and into the net. the 'Town' looked to calm down once they took the lead and the game was slowed right down by the youngsters of Romsey. Fran Gozalbo scored Romseys fourth as he latched onto a Scott Trowers through ball right at the death.

We're getting quite good at this winning lark, aren't we?

The games are coming thick and fast atm. League Cup and now FA Cup Prelimenary rounds... I always play three games ahead and then update as its easier to crop three sets of pictures at a time. opefully we can keep winning though.

Here Comes The F.A Cup

Romsey Town will welcome the F.A Cup matches but will treat them cautiously. The club will remain a distant hope of even making the bigger rounds of the competition this season but every underdog loves a challenge and Romsey Town will want to see how far they can make it. Every win also rewards the club with money so the further the club go, the better off the club are in financial terms.

F.A Cup First Preliminary Round

Romsey Town V Dunston

Kai Mclean was in the stands for his first ever adventure in an F.A Cup match. The wiley American would have loved what he saw as Romsey took complete control of Dunston. Jamie Salvi played out of his skin and he is the latest player to have scored a hattrick for Romsey. Billy Bryant scored himself a brace today too and both strikers look like they are in serious contention for further first team places in the future.

Danny Croxall looked good in midfield today and Micahel Cwian was enjoying his second game back from injury. The rightback looked a tad rusty but nothing a few games won't sort out. Romsey will now be drawn into the Second Preliminary Round of the F.A Cup.

International Call Up's

Sixteen players have been called up to their respective International squads fifteen of the players have been called to their countries Under 21's squad or Under 19's squad but one player has been called up to their nations first team... That is Michael Cwian who could be about to pull on a Poland shirt for the very first time against either San Marino or England in the upcoming World Cup Qualifiers.

There is a large number of the clubs young English players who have been called up to the England Under 19's squad. Romsey will be hoping that their call up and experience will only help benefit the players in question and the club too.
