In this tactic do we need to use opposite foot on the wingers ? because I see you use Bale on the right and Ronaldo on the left.

It will help if you have wingers that tend to cut inside like Ronaldo, bale and Di maria but isn't necessary to the tactic. I have ronaldo, bale, Di maria and bruma and they all are good with the "weaker" foot, that's why I can play like this but if you have players like Lennon, Valencia or walcott they should play on the right because on the left they couldn't get good crosses.

I usually follow the advices from my assistant manager. They all are training the positions of the tactic but PPM not so much. What i found was that if you coach them ( wingers, striker and shadow striker) to play one-two it will help!
