Paid 52 Mil for Pagani from Werder Bremen because Glen Johnson is getting old and he's probably going to be the best RB in the game for the next 10-12 seasons. Had to save up but Bremen wouldn't sell him even for 60 million the first 2 seasons I wanted him, so I spent 22mil on Villa and 17M on Ben Arfa (waste but i spent just to spend it, if you know what i mean)
Got lucky that Christian Purslow (L'pool chairman) has been pumping money into the club since he tookover and I had ~£68m budget for this season (14/15). Set piece master for when Verratti's resting, injured or banned.

Spano - could be the next Pirlo, which would be awesome, so naturally I bought Pirlo to tutor him. 3M compensation from Fiorentina. Now vice-captain to Verratti.
Lord - potential to be better than Gerrard, o0 more of a beckham type though I think, or could play him in Alonso type role due to lack of any pace but would waste his crossing - tackling is strangely high which is Gerrard-esque I guess. 3M from Pompey.
Faure - got him at like 15 or something young, from PSG for 1.4M compensation.Needs to sort out his hair but then he should be first team alongside Sakho soon enough!
Calderon - spur of the moment signing, 1.5m from Valladolid but should easily be worth 8-12 by the time he's 20-22.
Have a couple of Brazilians/Argies too but im not sure how they'll turn out, and "the next Klinsmann" until he changed from German to Turkish nationality lol.
