Here are a few from my Leicester save. Atm the most prolific are Chietti, Lourens, Zeballos. But none of the others should be close to full potential.
 
Here´s a regen that I found at Siena and i bought him for around 3 million euros.

I'm using swedish as language so you probably dont understand everyting but im going to translate some:

Avslut = Finishing
Snabbhet = Pace
Frisparkar = Freekicks

He has a 4 in PA from my scouts and they have maximum points of 20 in the imortpant abilities.

That guy looks like a legend, good tackling attribute as well and only 16!! I reckon he'll be the best LB in the world after a few years on ur game.

Holy ****! Looks like the new ronaldinho!
 
Just found this guy at the Belgium team Genk. He was Pretty cheap too :) Only minus ish is age but he can still improve a lot

Pretty good find, he's not outstanding but should be good in the future
