I will post a few I have found who are like epic by age 19 or 20.
I have good scouts at Chelsea but they seem a bit easy to find & sign.
Especially when your scouts find them in Backroom advice too

The game has to create enough world class players to replace the current world class players, think of the amount of good players on the game atm for instance.

I love regens. Especially those potentially-epic ones. I have 3 or 4 in my Arsenal first team too, admittedly, but I ******* love them
