find a way to let him improve his Long shots, and techniques, others dont matter.
if possible try improving his Concentration.
my next star bought for only 400k in january 2012 and already having offers of 5 million by all the biggest clubs in europe.

A little off topic. This is the real Del Piero. I use FMRTE to make him younger, few seasons later I checked (he is not on my team ) and he redevelops himself into this. I was shocked. You should try it too.

Here are the best regenes I've found so far. Everton and Carlos are class. Carlos was a fullback but I've trained him to be a centre back as well because of his aerial ability.
