I can answere that.
Go to Team name, staff, responsebileties and set assistant manager on that duty. Jsut make sure you aint got a Assistant manager that's mostly know for his contributions in sesamy street :p

But till now , It's very Inconsistent for small team :P . Just Wait , I will release 1 for Strong team and 1 for Weak Team :D

Left without doubt.

i like that IF swap positions aswell, it mixes up the flow of the game a lot, but i cannot for the christ of the lord figure out how to do it xD. (help appriciated)
