Squad numbers are irrelevant, as you would only change them to accomodate all signings, as will computer teams.

Dunno if you're still working on this but Preston players Paul Coutts, Matt James and Danny Mayor need a slight CA/PA raise, whilst Maurice Lindsay is chairman. Darel Russell is a DM, not an AM C as some databases have him.
