This seems exactly what i need but why won't it let me download it?

Please someone help.
 
Hey there, I got a "noob question"
How do I give these team talks? I only know about pre match, half time and end of match teamtalks.

How and where do I tell my players to for example concentrate after scoring a goal? post a screen maybe?
Any typical "encourage" lines, I mean what option do I choose to "encourage" I can have a guess but what choices to you make?
Also for the other teamtalks

When the game kicks off, theres an option for team talks on the menu bar at the top of the screen dude, its on the screen where the game is playing. You can only encourage etc in in play dude. Hope this helps

I have about 3 saves on the run. The Barrow save I am using this set.

But I like to use most tactics that come up here because I think, every tactic has something to be offered. If I only play with my own, it becomes static. I played around 10 games with guzzlas and the same with TUGA. Im testing if things I noticed from their tactics can help me continue to improve mine.

Its on the match day screen across the top? While you are viewing the pitch.

I am in the process of checking this. I have quickly rushed through games with Chelsea in which I averaged 4 goals a game scored and 0.8 conceded per game.
 
Tried this with Stoke, winning against most equal or weaker teams, all high scoring games.
Against better opposition I'm absolutely destroyed, though;we're pressing, they're pressing and since their players are better, we can't get out of our half in a meaningful way.

This is what I'm noticing. I find this is working very well to ensure that we are winning the games we should, but when we get beat you really get beat. Thankfully I'm only coming across it a few times a season. But Im trying to sort it out. I think it needs a v3 that I can use to limit damage against top teams and catch them out. I have one in the process which I am testing.

In fact I am looking at a having a special version which uses inverted wingbacks, 2 roaming playmakers, while playing narrower. The concept is to drown the middle of the pitch, and force the bigger opponent to have to go wide and open up, where hopefully I can keep the attacking threat. Its getting there.
 
won 4-0 against West Ham (im playing as Swansea) despite my best CB getting sent off in the 39th minute.
So I played with a 4 at the back, pulled the wingbacks down to suppotive fullbacks

Became like a 4-2-3 formation.
I can reccomend it if you go 1 man down

im in patch 15.1.4 using real madrid.
with version 1 tactic, match preparation defensive positioning.
our strikers are just so lame. and gorka iraizos' quality is just miles apart with cassilas

Not atm, testign takes time. Need to watch games in full mode to observe were we need to do changes. player roles or swap up possitions. I know Mike is putting his soul into this so expect maybe an update during this week.
 
I was using CE's Beautiful Play 433 which got me (Southend United) from League 2 - Premier League in three seasons! (2015 Win, 2016/2017 Playoffs). Now that i'm there i'm struggling, was only given 2m to spend and if i stay up my budget for next season will be 26m so I NEED TO!

Changed to your tactic after 1 win and 2 defeats in the league. I managed to beat hull 1-0 away from home but Lost to United 3-0 (Don't know that any tactic in the world would of prevented that!)

I'm also manager of Russia who have slipt to 47th in the world. I used your tactic vs Holland and got a 0-0 draw, and then beat algeria 4-0 with 8 CCC, so I think the Russians suit the tactic.

Good work, will post screenshots as the season progresses!

This is best FM tactic I have come across, I'm currently manager of Bristol City played 15 Won 12 Draw 2 Lost 1!! Thank SuperMike.
 
Just an update from me using this tactic with Spurs. In December, and I have not dropped a single point in the league, I've beat everyone....and I've won every other game in all competitions :) I use version one at home, and version two away. I've went from thinking this is definitely the best tactic I've used on this years game, to thinking this is the best tactic I've ever used on any FM game full stop. Seriously amazing tactic, and amazing to watch. Memphis Depay is godly on the left, and Munir up top is lethal. I really dont think this tactic can be improved if I'm honest, its perfect. I concede hardly any goals, and I score LOADS.
 
Yeah, for a strong team such as Spurs this tactic is amazing. The only problem is it needs defensive tweaks when using with a small club against top quality opposition.
