Swapping tactic-West Ham won Premiership in first season

I think Sunderland is worst team in Premiership.

squad is full of limited players,I cannot believe that some menagers spended money on Conor Wickham and Steven Fletcher.

this team requires complete overhaul

yes and Sebastian Larsson, wow terrible player. For some reason he is still in our national team just cause the coach likes him but yeah, such a weak team sunderland

Sunderland or Torino.

both teams require a lot of job

hi mate, what about player individual training, is it just player roles

Start off with the required PPMs training.
When thats done,I go to each player and do their main weaknesses,e.g.-coach says fairly slow player,I work on quickness, coach says low intelligence,I make them work on a role that trains them more.

Then when there are no weaknesses that I can work on, I put them on:
SK Support
BPD Cover
LFB Defend(if quick and low defensive stats)
CWB Attack(if good defence and very poor attacking stats)
Anchorman
DLP All duties
AP All duties
F9/Treq

I go to these, after exhausting the weaknesses,so do remember that.

If I take Sunderland I will sell more then half team

plenty limited players in that team

I dont do training like that but everbody have their style

me train on player 2 things in same time

I put role on low and rest on his preferred move.

when he complete his preferred move then I focus heavily on his role

example

advanced playmaker low

placed shot

when prefered move is done

advanced playmaker high all duties

I never buy players with low determination and older then 23

high training always for young players

plenty people don't have any clue how to spend money properly

example in this tactic you have 3 creative midfilders

I will never buy midfielder who don't have good long shot ability

when I am searching for player I always looks that he have some prefered move what fits for my tactic.

In my Bordeaux game I bought Kenedy not only because he have decent long shot and he is young he also is left footed and he have shot with power what perfectly fits in my tactic.
He scored 39 goals in that season of course that resulted with league title.

always spend money on players who can score goals that must be your priority.

same goes for striker with low composure
Make a player filter list then

corner taker lb or rb right?

corner taker lb or rb right?
No, the DLP takes both the corners.
You can try the LB/RB,but I feel it leaves the team too exposed.
Lost a few games due to the counter,it isn't exploitive,it's effective per se.

Sorry akkash I'm a bit confused. On your earlier post you said the dm takes the corners. Is it the anchor man or the deep lying playmaker who takes them? Cheers

Vujevic what do you recommend for ppm'sis it the same as akkash?
