Not anything like Chelsea's though.

Depends what aspect you're looking at, Chelsea's youth looks great, reserves are doing well. Our U18's are progressing really well, can pick a few that will be in the Chelsea squad within 3-5 years, Chelsea are also are more competitive in trophy's too. Its just the top 4 that is a worry for Chelsea.

Arsenal have better youth, they are in their first side already. They also have a proper long term platform. Chelsea have a bunch of aging stars and your youth are not ready to fill the gaps. Short term competitiveness, which is likely to end without trophies, but no long term stability. Arsenal are far better placed to make a real title challenge than Chelsea next year. Overall they are in a much better position than you.

This is what Arsenal fans said 8 years a go still nothing, what now? in the next three years Chelsea will be more successful than Arsenal I reckon, but I would say that as I'm a Chelsea fan, we'll just wait and see really.

You wont be in 3 years if you keep running the club the way you do. Look at what Arsenal have won, and look at what Chelsea have. I can say that as a United fan, Arsenal are closer to us than you are, and by some way currently.

Completely disagree about Arsenal youth bit, Chelsea have a great youth too and infact have better reserves and u18s.

Disagree if you want, but their youth (coquelin, chamberlain, jenkinson) is playing in the first team, yours arent. Being good at reserves doesnt mean good at first team level.

What are we basing what Arsenal have won in the last few years or overall? Once upon a time Chelsea was the best team in Europe under JM, United had nothing on Chelsea then. Its gone down hill since the sacking of him and Wilkins. In 3 years, I'm gunning for Chelsea to turn it over, win the league and the CL.

You've based that on absolutely nothing. What set up and infrastructure is there? Which aging key players have you replaced? Which young players are actually ready to step?

Come back when you actually have something to base it.

Walcott's Pace Gives Arsenal Victory | Opta Stats

Arsenal maintained their impressive form with a comfortable 3-0 win at Wolves on Wednesday night. This was the Gunners ninth win in ten games and took them five points clear of fourth-place Tottenham.
Early goals from Robin van Persie and Theo Walcott earned Arsenal victory over 10-man Wolves in a match that was largely won in the first 11 minutes.

Sebastien Bassong saw red for bringing down Walcott, after he was set free by van Persie on eight minutes.
The Dutchman who had not scored in 444 minutes in the league, showed no sign of nerves as he impudently struck the penalty with a delicious chip straight down the middle of the goal – as Wayne Hennessey dived to his right.
This was his 34th goal of the season and his 45th in 50 Premier League games.
The two Arsenal forwards then combined quickly – with Walcott playing a neat one-two before shooting low into the net with the Wolves defence static.
Terry Connor’s side improved after the break. Indeed Kevin Doyle and substitute Nenad Milijas were both denied by brilliant Wojciech Szczesny saves.
However, Yossi Benayoun added a lovely third on 69 minutes after Alex Song’s pull back, and the 3 points were confirmed.

As you can see from the statistics above (via our Stats Centre powered by Opta) Arsenal typically, dominated the majority of possession (72%). The Gunners completed 745 passes against Wolves, their highest tally in the league this season.
Amazingly the midfield trio of Mikel Arteta, Aaron Ramsey & Alex Song completed 261 passes together – more than the entire Wolves team combined, who completed just 235.

This was Arsenal’s fourth clean sheet in their last five games. The Gunners resurgence has coincided with the return of key players in defence, most notably Bacary Sagna. Once again, the right-back was outstanding. The French international completed 92% of his passes (95/105). In the attacking half this was even better with 96% of his passes (22/23) finding a red shirt. Sagna also made two interceptions and two clearances.

The much-maligned Johan Djourou also performed impressively. The Swiss defender had 95% passing accuracy (71/75), made three defensive blocks and one interception. Most importantly, Djourou was comfortable in possession and lost the ball on only five occasions. Although, this may seem high – the next best is Thomas Vermaelen who lost possession 10 times.
Following the disastrous defeat at QPR, Yossi Benayoun has been chosen in both subsequent games. Once again, like against Manchester City, the attacking midfielder showed his industry and quality. Both in defence and attack, the midfielder on loan from Chelsea played a vital role for the Gunners . Benayoun made two tackles, two interceptions and two clearances defensively – and better still managed to find the stamina to get the all important third goal for Arsenal.
My Man of the Match goes to Theo Walcott who was brilliant in the first-quarter of the match. The English forward’s pace was the key factor behind this result. Not only winning the penalty but also the impact of drawing the foul that effectively saw Wolves reduced to ten-men.

Walcott has now scored or assisted in 16 league goals for Arsenal this season. Again, since the return of Sagna, the young forward has been revitalised. After the heartbreak of missing out on World Cup 2010 in South Africa, Walcott’s form in recent week’s makes him a certainty to be in England’s squad for Euro 2012.

To sum up - Getting into the Champions League next year is far superior to coming home with an FA Cup and coming 5th.

LOL.

Arsenal were a big club before Chelsea came to the scene, and will be a big club long after Chelsea disappear.

As I was saying under JM Chelsea WERE unstoppable and you cannot disagree with that whatever you say, the current squad now is basically JM's squad, he got the best out of them which no-one else can do. In the summer if Chelsea have a big clear-out and reshape the squad from top to bottom again, we will become great again with the right manager.

When you watched Chelsea under JM they was a joy to watch, now when I watch them there is no creativity, Mata is the only one out there with creativity and I will admit this watching Chelsea at times is dull and painful. Nothing like it was under JM

When did I ever say that Chelsea was bigger club before Arsenal, we'll just wait and see about the other bit...

I agree with that, that is why previously I have said we can call it a fail season if Chelsea don't get top 4 and FA Cup. I'm just hoping next year is better, much like Arsenal fans too.

Oh yeah. I remember all those champions leagues you won. Good times.

You almost were, but then you - literally - let it slip away.

Ye I agree there but we deserved to win v Barcelona, we would have won it then, Chelsea was added to the list of teams robbed by Barcelona and the referee once again.
