Hi mate,

Who can I get fro free or less than £10k, who will be good for Barnet who is in League two first season (2011-2012) and what team talks do you use if you managing small teams like Barnet

Raikan , at 32 , Xavi is retired , why so early ? He already is from my staff . Sad .
hey mate, I have no clue, did you talk him into retiring at all? it is sad... Other than that, I have no clue... was he serioulsy injured?

RAIKAN I NEED HELP :

U TOLD ME TO DOWNLOAD MIGHT + MAGIC I DID THAT BUT IT IS A RAR FILE BUT ALL MY OTHER TACTIC I HAVE DOWNLOADED ARE OTHERS AND MIGHT + MAGIC WONT WORK BUT THE OTHERS WILL.

WHAT DO I DO?
hey mate, do what sterling said :) did you manage to get it to work?

hei raikan
im currently play with afc wimbledon, first season, and i think i need to reshape my backroom staff
can you give me any suggestion?
thanks
I dont mate, so sorry! Never played Wimbledon for very long, just used them to test my tactics :) sorry

Hi, Raikan!
You have probably answered this somewhere, but I can't find it - I've just started using your Might&Magic tactic, but don't really know who to put in as left striker, what skills are a must for that role?
hey bud, who did you start with and who are your strikers?

What PPM's would you advise for Yann M'vila?
I'm thinking of starting a Stade Rennais save
hey bud, it depends on what style of footie you want to play? possession or counter attacking or all out attack :) but

1) short simple passes
2) dictates tempo
3) looks for pass rather than shot
4) comes deep to get ball
5) plays one two's

that is for possession

1) switches ball to flanks
2) plays one two's
3) tries killer balls

for attacking

Raikan, How can I train my young talents such as luc castognias, miroslav stoch or my 2 young defenders and sinan bolat?
I just want to train them fast and effective.
or how can I train them on 1 specific stat?

you can set individual training as well :) if you think Luc needs to train more on finishing then you can select that :)

Dunc's schedules are pretty good, you can use them if you like :)

Hey yea I saw that thread earlier..
But this FM is my first type of football managing game..
I won against Barcelona CL with Fenerbahce! and lost 9-3(2games) against Real madrid(VERY unlucky shedules)
But what is tutor? and what shedules do you recommend for Left Winger,ST,2CB's and CM?
All of them are talent 2 of them are 25 the others are 21.

Cheers mate! probably Counter attack for the first couple of seasons due to the very defensive styled midfield.

good win :)

tutoring is getting and older more experienced player to teach a younger player certain things like:

1) PPM's
2) personality (this rubs off on the youngster)
3) certain mental attributes

What are the most important things to consider, when assigning a tutor for a young player? Do those attributes have different weightings, or are they all equally important? I've tried to ''match'' players with similar personalities, while taking club status into account as well, but it's not really working all that well. I've had few refusals (by the youngsters), even if the players have similar personalities and the senior player has an important role in the squad. In 2011 it was pretty simple, but with 2012 I'm having problems.

PLayers neede for Barnsley in League 1

Im in need of a centre back and a left back for barnsley in league one, currently in the january transfer window in the season 2012/2013.

I personally do not worry about personalities, for one because all the tutors I use will have determination of at least 16 (which makes their personalities at least fairly determined) so after tutoring the player's determination stat will rise substantially and in the process have a determined personality which is what my whole squad is (well as much as possible)

determination, work rate, teamwork are the main stats I use tutoring for, anything else is a bonus

That's a very good take on the matter, but do you have any tips to avoid that refusal problem? It usually leads to a big(ish) dip in morale, which is obviously not a good thing. It doesn't last for long though, so should I just ignore it and fire away?

there is nothing that can be done, its just something you have to take on the chin if it happens! but stay clear of asking a spirited personality to tutor a professionl or resolute etc ...

I made the mistake of asking James Vaughan to tutor a regen who was short tempered/volatile. He was a bit narked to say the least-morale didn't dip or anything as I was favoured personnel, but he was still annoyed
