1) did you get a player to tutor him?
2) did that player have determination of 14 (i.e: less than the youngster)
3) get a player with at least 17 determination to tutor him
 
I wanna send my young players out on loan...
their general happiness states that they are hoping to gain first team experience going out on loan.
But when a club (wolves) tries to loan them, they reject =/
how do i send them out for loan like this?!!?

change their squad status, this happens sometimes! you can offer them out to clubs for transfer, then, directly afterwards go and take them off the transfer list, this will get more offers and some loans willl also come in, especially if you offer them for a ridiculous amount!

yeah, i realised that afterwards. the player did have determination of 14, i'm going to get somebody with high determination to tutor him next. i'm going to let this tutor carry on, hes a good player and the damage has been done. its not going to go down anymore. thanks for your help.
 
Issit possible to criticise referees??

Sometimes I see on the messages that managers don't want to openly criticise refs decisions for fear of being fined by the FA.
Would be awesome if I can actually tick them off...
 
Raikan, im in a bit of striker trouble with newcastle. im in my second season and i signed sturridge after a stella loan season last year. i loaned him as ba broke his leg, but unfourtunately he'slost most of his ability (2 stars now) and sturridge has stopped scoring, i signed errick torres but he's not starting 11 quality yet. ive got no money and january is coming up fast, help.

Raikan, how do I keep players with long term injuries from declining steeply? I know certain injuries will affect a career, but I seem to remember reading somewhere that there are things you can do to lessen the blow. Had a DM drop a star and a half from a broken foot that kept him out for 4 months.
 
I have a small problem. I've scouted a bunch of players that i know from real life, hoping to find some nice cheap CMs. Found Ekdal hat can be bought for like 3mil according to my scouts and Poli that can be bought for 2.5mil. The only problem is that when I go to the player profile, the "Make an Offer" option isn't there. Any ideas why?

1) look for loan players again
2) sell off one of your best players (most expensive) and use that cash to try and build up a better squad
3) look on the transfer list
4) look for free players
5) ask the board to sign a player for you (or ask for more money)

you can tune the refs/officials at post match press conferences, you can also end up getting a sideline ban etc :)

there is not much you can do mate! someone probably did something and thought it worked! Paloschi has screwed his cruciates for me in the first season and is out for at least 8 months, no way he will be the same player afterwards! during their injury, there is NOTHING you can do for them :) you cant send them to the States for specialist treatments etc :) Dont believe everything you read either :) some people can talk **** :P

Cavani was injured for 3 months with a damaged knee and had dropped several points, I put him on conditioning training after giving him a weeks break in training just as he came back, played him in reserves for a few games to get match fit and then put him back on his normal schedule and he is increasing stats again and acutally playing a lot better than he was when I first got him :)

you need to do this mate:

you can just right click on his name in your inbox and offer from there :)

Playing with Tottenham about its July 2013. I have 35m to spend and need two/three players.

1. A young LB who can be back up to BAE
2. A AML/ML who can challange Gareth Bale
3. A 3rd striker hopefully a young player currently I have Adebyor and Diamao as strikers with Coulabily as 4th Striker.

Who do you recomend?

If I remember correctly, bits of it will mate :) I have not read it since Fm10 though so don't take my exact word on it :)
