***THE BETTER HALFS TACTIC UPLOAD & DISCUSSION

outstanding tactic - although my team gets very tired, do you know a way to counter this? or is it just because of how the tactic works?

Its the way the tactic works, using the high energy approach. If you see that a specific position ( regardless of player ) gets beneath 70 % bfore the 70% minute, then lower the Closing down of that position by 20 % until see you see a better result

Example: DMC
Lower it from the notch 20 to 16....if its still the same issue, then lower it to 13 etc

Warning: Doing this in too many positions will disrupt the tactic and this should only be used if the low condition is causing you problems

Could you please show us your Forest team/squad/players ?

No Problem. I have already done so in post 182.

If looking at the pure "skill stats", I would say that we are perhaps the 3-6th best team in the league. If looking at the mental stats, the personality and me as a manager, we are the best team in the league.

My main weakness is that we are poor at defending set pieces. In my rotation system of 20 players, about half of them have "poor" jumping and heading.

What tactic is that using (Winning the league with Swansea I mean)

Looking at the screens, he is using the normal one with MR and AML. ( he is using the one built in Classic Tactic mode but that makes no difference as the TC-one is exactly the same)

This always happens, I have a good start then form drops terribly, then I go on a huge win streak.

Getting really ****** of with this game now, was hoping to put a title challenge on

After the first loss, did you speak to the players. After the 2nd and/or the 3rd one, did you coach the players correctly ( Showing faith in those that needs it, expect better results of those able to handle pressure etc)

Remember that the preperation for the next game starts for the Full time team talk of the previous one
, then the press conf after
, private chats
, the press conf pre-game
.. and then the pregame team talk

I think my main problem is being in the Champions League, games are coming quick and fast and I lack quality depth in most positions, I may try and sell Martinez for 40m+ and Pardo for 25m so I can add more quality to the squad.

Thats the fun part of playing a career game with one club. That you can focus on squad building for the future, not using any FMScout etc.

He acts like an advanced FC but I find it better to use one that sometimes links up for play a bit. Try learning him " plays one-twos" and "comes deep to get ball". Here, he will do this when he sees fit and link up with play before getting inside the box
