sorry to ask how do i train them to do that i have had a quick look cant see it

Ah right, I've just signed these 2 guys do you think they're ready or atleast ready to play cup games or should I send them out on loan

Player - Traning ( in the left drop meny, not the right one), "Suggest Prefered move training via" - Chose the best coach for the job - chose the PPM

I would start THE fc on indivual training as TQs. and the AMC as Inside FC and let them play matches

If you want him to get better in creativity ( and his decision stat WILL raise to) , the TQ role is better :D
The player has the ability to pull trickier things off, he just dont have the creative mid to come up with the ideas and here, he needs you help :D

Any chance of more tactics for FMC mode ?

TBH FMC Asymmetric 451 works well at home, but away only draws.

When the final patch is out, I will have a re-make of all my tactics and this time I will use the TC.
 
Hi The Better Half,
is Tight Marking on Defenders esp CB a good idea? should i keep it as Tight marking or not....currently have my Full Backs Tight Marking oppo wingers and my winger tm oppo fb....wat to do on CB?
 
This tactic is very stable and I like it with my San Marino team.

11 games into the season I converted to this. At this time I was sinking without trace. Was on relegation spot in Serie B. Heavy losses and got butchered most of the time.

I ended up 11th on the table, but was only 5 points from being 7 and ending up in the playoff. Already looking forward to next season:-)

Had some great games, lost some but got 66 points in my first season in serie B. Even got a new serie B record with a 9-0 win over Chievo. 19 victories - 3 draws and 10 defeats with this tactic, and this with a team who on paper is far weakest in serie B.

Next year, promotion?

Thats a really good results being a newly promoted team. Now, dont go spoil it all buying 10 new players from South Amercia/ France that dont speak English, players that will get in the future but just arent there yet :)
 
Just got relegated from the Blue Square Premier.

I made the mistake of turning over most of the squad, and the replacements werent good enough.

Kept using the tactic but really had no chance.....quite a depressing feeling as I've never been relegated in all my years playing FM.

Anyway, i'll try and come back up
 
Most of the goals I conceed is from the left.

Is it my side (and the combination between the WB, DM and AP) who is a bit weak defensive or is this the weak spot of this tactic?

However, I am not complaining as I am 2nd in serie B-table after 8 matches:-)

Good start to the season !
Hard to say if its the players ( stats & PPMs) as I don't know them. Also, are the goals scored from the left side or are they created from there ?
My point is that if they are just scored from their , the problem might lie elsewhere, their ML getting too much space on our right sude, to cross against our left post etc
 
Out of interest...Does anyone know why I cant change the additional focus area for my international team? It's really annoying, its set at tactics only constantly, and whenever I change it to attacking movement and the continue my game it just changes back to tactics only. And no, I don't have my assistant manager selected to set my match prep ...
