Tactic is definitely working. Is better than Mrhough's uder every aspects, however we should thank him for having the idea first.

I'm using balanced/def set pieces, high workload, rest before and after.
 
Was struggling really badly mrhough's tactic, and then I saw people saying that this tactic is very similar to his so I downloaded it and tried using it. My Derby finally starting winning games and surged up the table - from 18th to 2nd! Totally saved my season and my save this tactic. I'm using v2 btw.

I'm playing with V2 (Flat 4-4-2), and Attacking home and Counter away. Finished 2nd with Fiorentina first season, predicted 6th. And I won Europe League. Fantastic season. And now I just won the league in the second season, as well as the Italian Cup. 30-4-4 was the result. Amazing tactic :D

FMC btw. And my training is defensive positioning on high intensity.

Can I put a left foot player to right def winger, and a right foot to left side ? Inside Forward can use to def winger ?
 
It's time to make a report on the first proper full season made with V2 The Blitzkrieg-Jassar set piece v2.tac
As Emmanuel Gadioux suggested previously I used without exceptions the menatality like this: Home = offensive. outside = counter.
I'm playing Braga season 15/16, being hired only mid season 14/15 finding a pretty average team, and with lack of funds!!!
As you can you see I was unable to attract top quality players, my best signing being Oriol Romeu. The rest as you can see it's a pretty average side, with no super regens.
Won portuguese league with ease, won portuguese cup, lost league cup to Porto on penalties, and went past the CL group stage (check out that 5-0 win away to leverkusen!!!) to fall next stage against Liverpool.
Some will say Portuguese League is not competitive enough. Fot those who already played you know it's almost impossible to win the league if you are not Porto, Benfica or Sporting. I challenge you to try it! Porto and Benfica mainly, are simply way too strong comparing to other teams in the league!!! To win, and with a 17 point difference is quite a evidence of the quality of this tactic. To me without any doubt the best for this patch 14.2.2! Well done ASMFC!
One final thing I love about it is the level of understanding between the 2 strikers, the way they pass it to each other. The two alone destroy the defense. And just love the fact that they the the top goalscorers of the team!!!

I don't like 4-4-2 tactics, but for now I simply can't stop using this. It's undoubtedly one of the best for FM14

Incredible tactic! Solid in Def and the 2 False 9s and wingers gets a shitload of goals. I've tried alot of tactics on this forum, and this is the best so far.

Just wanted to say that I have tried all your different versions of my original tactic, and I still got much better results with my version. No offence I dont want to put anybody down or anything like that. I was using the V2, but after 11 matches with West Ham I was 15th...then switched to my version and managed to finish in 3rd at the end of the season. But its nice to see other people trying to improve my version...keep it up ;))))
 
Trying out v2 with my Man Utd team, started with 3-3 draw away at Milan, wins against Millwall, Swansea (League Cup Final), and Chelsea followed... but then back to back defeats away at Hull and West Ham!

I can't seem to find anything that works on 14.2.2... just when something seems to be working it falls apart in a bizarre way. Getting close to putting the game down which is a real shame!

V2 is exactly the same as yours, with only 2 differences:
ML/MR instead of AML/AMR
