I've been playing all matches in counter mentality since the Nacional da Madeira match, and it seems the team plays better and more efficient football than with any other mentality. Even when you play weaker sides.

You might find strange the friendlies between the official matches, but that's the way to mantain your full squad with 100% condition and 100% match fit.

its a really good tac but my 2nd season is not going as well nothing to do with the tac i just dont have any money to get any 1 that is better than what i have i just hope to stay up and try to build from there but top tac

I have now been experimenting some more, and kind of created a new tactic. Since it's based on ASMFC's tactic, as it was v2, doens't feel fair to create a new tactic thread.
I know, formation is really strange... but don't be discouraged by it, results have been very very good. Can some of you try it and give some feedback?

F9 players Fast complete forwards (it's funny that they naturally fall back closing the gap between attack and the 2 DMC)
Never managed Hamsik in FM2014 but I would say his place is a left DM.
