I'm unbeaten for 2 seasons domestically using Dimartino's version, far better imo.
 
I've been using the Blitskreig set pieces v2 and well, these are my results:

Only switch between Attacking and Control...but with small teams like West Ham I stick with Control for the whole season...currently I'm in 4th position...beaten every team except Man City, United and Chelsea...and lost a few stupid games, because of red cards and penalties

Who knows maybe it just depends on wich team you re playing with...anyway it doesnt matter as long as the results are good
 
if you get a red card who do u take of lost a few games over player being sent off

I also take one of the strikers out and replace it with suitable player...if a DC gets red, I put another DC, if ST gets red, I just leave it like that
 
I literally cannot fathom how people are posting about 30+ game unbeaten runs, with this, or with any tactic for that matter, without restarting the game after a defeat.

No matter what, the game will throw a defeat my way after a positive run of 4/5 matches. Squad is match fit, morale is excellent, form is great, team talk gets a positive reaction... yet everyone gets 6.4 and we lose 2-0 at home to opposition that we should be beating comfortably.

i am playing classic mode in football manager 2014,so i was looking for a tactic just plug&play and been trying most of the tactics in this forum,i can easily say that V2 with Set pieces is one of the most effective tactics i tried for 14.2.2 patch.I am playing with manchester united so i never change tempo of my team,i dont know this tactic very suitable for small teams but if you have solid defenders and good strikers,you will win some trophies for sure.Only thing i can complain about is i started to concede lots of goals from corner kick and my team suffering against teams who plays 4-4-2.Now im in third year,so first year we won league easily and won league cup,i lost against barcelona in cl final,second year i won everything except fa cup.I think biggest result so far 6-1 away win against real madrid in cl semi final in first year.I have to say that i love understanding and passing of my strikers in this tactic,so thanks for sharing,its one of the best for fm 2014 :D View attachment 417824View attachment 417823View attachment 417822View attachment 417817

As someone said in SI forum, it seems that if you set the defensive corner settings no default, things improve a lot. Just untick everyone.
