Can't you just enjoy your own clubs' trophies rather than gloat about the failures of others? If you're a ManU fan, your team has won everything; one would think you wouldn't feel the need to bash other clubs.

i will let you off, as you dont know the relationship me and Carl have... We play this funny game of one up man ship and trying to wind the other up, Trust me, he gets me as much as i get him... Harmless banter mate.

Utd have the players down in the u18s who are talented but not ready yet.. Morrison is a real jem, Paul Pogba, Corry Evans out on loan at Hull looks very good indeed, rated higher then Jonny was at that age. Will Keane is another one.

That Youth Cup win against Liverpool was jammy as **** D:
There should be a thread to talk about the youth's of every club.

Enjoy the season though mate.. When Roman leaves, well you know the drill.

Oh like when everyone thought he would leave and then he spent 70million on 2 players. Honestly just because you have ***** owners dosent mean we do.

Yer you do have talented youngsters i fully admit that but how did they get on Sunday? Thats right against another team who have alot of talented youngsters coming through also.

Im not just talking about the first leg im talking about the crop of player in the team. We won the youth cup last season with some of these players and are 3-2 up going into the 2nd leg of the semi's. At last Chelsea's youth acadamy is doing well just like Arnesen and Kenyon said it would do by 2010.

I did take it as a joke lol, just thought i would post a genuine answer though.

Meh, youth cup victories do not mean they'll be good. Look at us, won it 2005 and 2006, that lot have all moved on apart from one or two (Spearing, Darby,)

Where have i said you havent got a decent number of youth team players.............. please tell me this.. I simply posted a few off united ones who arent ready for first team yet.. which they arent, same with Chelsea u18s arent. Didnt a championship club win the youth cup a few years back.. not the best of signlas is it.

All I'm going to say is that Chelsea are going to face a real dilemma soon due to the gap of age and experience, and new rules. You can't shove a bunch of 18 year old's with ****** all experience into the first team to replace 30 year old veterans, but then I guess rather than feed through home grown talent it will just be brought to go straight into the team, but then this opens up even more issues for the new rules and regulations being introduced.

Oh of corse not but surely as players its better for them to get a winning mentality than a losing one.

I never said you said they were wearnt decent lol. Getting confused now (although thats not hard to do).

Thats why we sent young players out on loan in January so they can get experience.

you say that, but that ahge it should be about developing there talents and letting the flourish and try things out.

Yer its a mixture of things but surely every player wants to win. And if your side are winning things then surely there are some talents in the squad somewhere.

So you genuinely think that the players on loan are going to feature in Chelsea's first team next season? That's worrying if you do. The only player who could is Sturridge, but he won't get in the team if Drogba, Anelka, and Torres are still there.

We were out the League Cup, FA Cup and arguably the PL before he even joined us so that logic is flawed massivly. He is more long term than both Anelka-32 and Drogba-33 isent he. And just because he cost 50million that dosent mean he should score. Like i said his performances have been pretty decent, he is under no pressure to score goals because he is not relied upon at Chelsea unlike he was at Liverpool. Chelsea also play a different brand of football so the team and him are all learning. Like i said many times these signings normally take place in the summer and there is a reason for this.

You can when it comes to football. Torres is not a Rooney/Drogba type player that can make a chance for himself out of nothing. He relies on his teammates to feed him in simple as that.

If Ancelotti stays then i expect McEachran to take up a Pirlo deep lying role.

Love how you say this now but said exactly what Scott and other Liverpool fans are saying when it came to Berbatov. I have seen you saying Striker's main job is to score goals and that is how you measure whether the signing is hit or flop. This was when Me, Mike and Scott were talking about Berba's overall game and how he contributes to the team..

Our youth team when we won it in '07:

Probably two or three of those are actually doing something now.

Winning could mean anything, they could just be the best run outfit, like a really well oiled team, that would get found out at a higher level against players of all ages... You know the smarter, more intelligient players.

Sturridge, Van Aanholt and McEachran for me will all make it at Chelsea for definate. Why else would you send players out on loan?

I think you'll find i said when he wasnt scoring he wasent tracking back and looked lazy.

This one's mainly for CJACKO seeing as he is so insistent that Torres has been playing well...

Van Der Sar covers more ground in Champs League second leg than Torres. Click here.

Considering VDS did play 90minutes and Torres didnt. Also i have said he shouldnt have started the game.

Maybe so but that dosent mean none of Chelsea's will make it. Also lets not forget that your manager at the time Benitez genuinly didnt trust the youth players.

Giving Lucas, N'gog, Insua etc chances of getting into the first team along with bringing in Shelvey and the main thing he did whilst at Liverpool was overhaul the youth system incredibly and this will eventually prove to be his lasting legacy with the likes of Pacheco, Suso, Sterling etccccc...
