Cahill is one i'm 50/50 on, he's lack of pace causes us issues but Alonso does cover him pretty well. He's captain now and Conte will want to keep him in because of that and he is now the only old guard there so important in that way, me personally believes Ake would suit that left sided centre back role. I agree regarding Christensen however there is still something in the back of my mind that's telling me we will sell him in the summer but i hope i'm wrong.

Zoume before he got is ACL injury was sensational, right now i think he needs a lot of minutes to try get himself back to where he was (that's even if he can because many players who have suffered this injury have never been able to come back from it) so i think he may even go out on loan next season. But trust me when i say if he can get back he'll be one of the best centre backs in the world one day he has everything. I saw him live for the first time a couple weeks ago and i echo Pat Nevin's thoughts on him that i've never seen anyone jump higher in my life!

For me yes, its only Osgood, Zola, JT, Drogba and Lampard really in contention but for what he done and longevity he is my personal best.

So good to see! Shutting so many people up! The media want/need a title race so much they are trying anything and everything to try derail us but unfortunately they have forgotten Chelsea FC actually deal with negative press so well its counterproductive.

I completely missed that discussion.

Completely agree with you on the potential of Zouma although to be fair, if I was Premiership fit you could slot me into centre half in a 5-4-1 with Matic and Kante sat protecting me, Courtois behind me and an Italian master of the dark arts Conte coaching me and I'm sure I'd look half decent too.

Rumours seem to suggest that Morata is being brought in to replace Costa rather than play alongside him as suggested in the summer. Strange.

The problem with Zouma is that he's caught out of position so much that he's forced to make last-ditch tackles. He's 99% physique. The gap between him and Christensen is huge. Christensen has a brain. There's no way Christensen will be sold for a vastly inferior defender. Zouma isn't good enough on the ball either to be near the best. He's still 22 and may develop.

Not an insult. One of the best strikers around of his age. Costa is a great striker. I'm saying he's a very similar player with similar but doesn't have the same fear factor.
