If you're going to disagree at least elaborate. I'd like to know which bits wrong if its to do with my clubs future..Well, to cut a long story this isnt completely true.

Well that " massive increase in revenue due to CL " wont be that massive. Something like 13-15m most likely. Too tired to count Chelsea's performance bonuses, but I checked 2010/11 seasons price money and added semifinal and winner bonuses and it would be 57m compared to almost 45m in 2010/11.
Also you will be "losing" almost 4m compared to 2010/11 season because you finished 6th.
So basically before sponsorships you'r revenue will increase about 10m which will barely cover agent and signing fees for Hulk and Hazard.

Not to mention losses this year, the high exceptional costs from firing AVB.
He'd have to wait a year, and get in line with half of europe.
It seems as if Hulk is coming. I do not want him but seriously its hard not to get excited about a potential front 4 of this-
---------Torres----------
--Hazard--Mata--Hulk--
Possibly one of the best attacking units in the world. I can still see Ramires being rotated with Hulk on the right depending on the opposition.
But hopefully if we get Hulk, we subsidize the transfer by selling Daniel Sturridge. Hulk and Sturridge are very similar players and no point keeping both
The problem is that we will still rely heavily on Mata remaining fit for the entire season, if he gets injured then their is no one to cover for him in the #10 position except for perhaps Hazard, although Hazard has only played 10 games in the AMC position.
Plus Marin cant play as an AMC to save his life. Very much doubt Hulk can if he does join that is
You would think that if Mata got injured then Hazard would go into that hole and Marin would play on the left.
Aye but Hazard is best on the left where he can utilize his pace, flair and trickery to destroy a full-back. He probably will do a decent job in the hole but nowhere near as good as Mata.
I also hope the club can eradicate Marins selfishness. He is evidently a very good player but he takes too much on himself at times. Also just to note, Marin had his best season at Werder Bremen when he played alongside Ozil who played in the hole. Marin absolutely thrives when playing next to a #10.
Partly the reason why he had a poor season. He was injured and when he did play, he was played out of position in the hole.
IMO he doesnt need to be as good as Mata as long as he can do some sort of a job there we should be alright, besides hasnt he being saying that he wants to play in that hole and not out wide?
Out of curiosity does anyone have any news on the Jovetic transfer? I cannot stress enough how good of a signing he could be. Versatile, young, alot of potential, good attitude and most of all wont be extremely expensive!
He has been saying that but he has mostly played left/right for Lille and only about 10 times in the 'hole'. Not sure what he means exactly because he is at his best on the left
I dont think there were concrete links between Chelsea and Jovetic in the first place. He would have been a good signing had we not got Champions League Football but since we have, our focus has shifted to better targets such as Hazard and Hulk
I do like Jovetic though.. Young and Versatile. But Hulk offers the same versatility as he can play on either wing and even as a striker.
I dont think that he knows what he wants tbh he is still young and by the looks of it he wants to try his luck throughout the midfield.
I dont see how qualifying for the Champions League should effect the purchase of Jovetic, he offers the same versatility as Hulk and can even play as a second striker in the hole. IMO for the suitability and cost factor Jovetic > Hulk.
A few rumours floating around Chelsea will confirm the signing of Eden Hazard in the next few hours or so. I still can't see it being announced until after the game on Saturday though tbh.
I heard he already failed a medical because his big head could not fit through the door :O
