its to fix the team and player stats bug some of 5 star teams where only showing as 4.5 it will be 36mb

It will download automatically when you play the game...

All Xbox 360 (and presumably PS3) patches for games are downloaded automatically when you boot up the game while connected to Xbox Live (/PSN).
